Turned up to hotel without a confirmed booking thanks to Kayak. After receiving confirmation that it was booked. Ended up costing me alot more than expected and had to find alternative accommodation on the 3rd night of my stay. Over facilities were ok.

Pros (+) Walking distance to the Universal shuttle. So convenient for our group.
Cons (-) Pool was less than spectacular. Wasn't heated and there was nowhere to sit.
