Pros (+) Price, parking lot well lit, and bed was comfortable. Staff was nice and able to switch our room however the second room was just as bad
Cons (-) Room was DIRTY and outdated. Hair in bathroom, bathtub had stains and chipped paint - everything looked dingy. Couch was disgusting - was DIRTY and stained, the cushions were thin and didn't have any padding

Pros (+) The staff worked with me very well. I told them I need to change rooms to the first floor so I could plug in the heater block and they changed it just like that. That Customer service with a smile
Cons (-) The tub looked in bad shape. It was piling and 2 big gauges in it. The door frame looked like it was kicked in

Cons (-) The bathroom looked like they shut the door to remodel the room and forgot to do the bathroom. The tub was unfinished and it smelled off.
