Pros (+) Asked for pillows and an extra blanket which were delivered promptly.
Cons (-) Gym needs more cardio equipment. The woman that checked us in at the honors desk went off on a housekeeper because she set a bag down on the floor beside her. She actually turned around toward her and was yelling at her. She then turned back to me and under her breath said “what the f*ck didn’t she understand?”

Pros (+) Breakfast was ok, but not what I am accustomed to at Embassy Suites. That's about all.
Cons (-) Lock was broken on first room, they reset the key but it still didn't work. Moved us to a different room. Hairs on the floor, dirt on the carpet, paper wrappers from the previous guest on the floor under the desk, bed unkempt. They obviously had not even tried to clean the room. Very, very disappointing. I expect more, especially for $250 per night. I can only blame this on poor training of the ho...

Pros (+) The suite was one of the cleanest I've ever stayed in, the overall design of the building is magnificent and eye catching, it is not easy to get lost in the building, the workers were all friendly, and there included breakfast was more than we had hoped for. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we intend to stay there again.
Cons (-) The Internet was slow and lagging in the bedroom but they had notes placed in the room apologizing and expressing they were working on fixing that issue.
