Pool was very dirty. Walls were greenish. We didn't go in twice
The staff, atmosphere, everything was awesome!!! Linda at the front desk, especially, was very welcoming. We will definitely be back!
Guests in the hallways were awfully loud (not the hotel's fault), though I couldn't help but think the doors were too thin. Everything else about the place was great.
Both pizza parties were out of pizza before the half hour so my family didn't get any. there were kids running up and down hall banging on my door all day/night. I called front desk they said not much they can do because there's a lot kids there. So we didn't get much sleep. Line for breakfast was 30 min long.
Decent location, good value for the money. Rooms reasonably plain, but clean. Included breakfast adequate, staff was quite helpful. Hot Tub was also clean, and appeared to be well-kept. Bar appeared to be a nice little place, although didn't get to use it this trip. Out of control kids!! Probably my mistake, as the Saturday night which we checked in was the last day of Mass Feb. vacation. I guess that I didn't realize how noisy it could be; additionally, being put in a room which was in the access hall to the pool made it almost unbearable. One would have thought that the staff would have put us in an out-of-the-way room. To be fair, the staff did post people in the hall in order to keep the ruckus down to a dull roar, and Sunday night was indeed much quieter, but I can't recommend this place to anyone who wants to be assured of a quiet stay. I don't think that I'll risk another night's sleep by staying here again on my next trip to the Cape.
I was here for a funeral and i was pleasantly surprised by value, staff, cleanliness, everything really, i would highly recommend it
Great breakfasts available onsite, reasonable, and fast service, Outdoor pool bar (during daytime) has frozen drinks and great bartender, Great wait staff at breakfast. Cute evening bar looking down on indoor pool. Coffee was always available in lobby, as saw no coffee pot in our room, but better coffee in lobby than in-room anyway. There's a dunkin donut next door too. $3 off yarmouth beach pass, buy pass at front desk. $3 off per person at some restaurants for dinners--Roadhouse Cafe fantastic--in Hyannis, Room clean. Has refrigerator. AC unit in room rather loud. indoor pool would be great for laps but cord is up across middle of length cutting in half and kids playing in both sides. can do laps if wait until 11 pm when kids are out, so 10 to 11 pm, or swim sideways width of pool is possible but = short laps. Don't know about early morning. Decor somewhat aging/worn, though new tile in our bathroom and granite counter outside bath around sink/vanity.
The breakfast cafe was fast and super good! Indoor pool / hot tub was fun after a long day and there was a bar upstairs. It was old and kind of dirty, hairs on sheets at checkin, spilled cereal on the floor that wasn't ours.
Location location location! Right on rt. 28 in yarmouth makes everything in the area accessable. New cabana barcand grill at the outdoor pool was a nice touch. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable, one ice machine was out of order, the other was more often than not out of ice.
The air conditioner leaked, big puddle. The sliding back door didn't lock, so anyone could get into the room.
I loved the pool. At this time of the year, I had it to myself quite a bit. I like that there are adult only times. Hard to get luggage from car to room unless on the parking lot side.
Pools are nice Sliding door to parking lot was a bit broken
Price was great - good location - staff was helpful - let us in earlier than the 2pm when we asked. Worth it as a quick - cheap get away with everything near by. Did not swim but the pools looked ok - also had a swingset outside if you have kids. Outdated - can tell it is aging but really what do you expect - for the price it is still worth it. Not enough towels - would still stay there again
The location was okay, and the staff were friendly. The room was very outdated. Water stains on the ceiling. Bathtub was peeling and should have been replaced long ago. Stayed on the first floor, and heard the room above us all night long. I will never pick this lodge again.
We liked the location, the large room, and the 3 swimming pools. The staff was helpful, but not friendly. I don't think I saw any of the smile once.
Clean rooms, cheaper than other places, pretty standard. Couldn't get wifi to work on phone. Huge group of foreigners making noise outside late at night and early AM. A bit pricey for what you get.
The price and location Dated, thin walls, pools and hot tub sketchy looking
Decent, spacious and clean rooms. Very good value for money Dated furniture. Was expected given the great price.
Rooms relatively clean, staff not overly friendly, but helpful. Good location to launch from if you have a car. Loud parties outside late at night/early in morning with families traveling together. Thin walls. Parking only on one half of motor lodge. Stained carpets, outdated furnishings.
Proximity to activities and other restaurants, etc. Room was dirty, poorly maintained (ceiling tiles stained and torn), electrical outlets not fully covered, outdoor pool dirty.
location dirty and full of smoking smell.
Quiet area and the location
Nothing was really great about this place. Just somewhere to sleep. Did not like room. Smelled of mold and mildew. The bathroom was dirty. The carpet was damp. They did not provide enough towels. So following day had to go to office and ask for some. The people who work in the office not very nice. Everything out dated. Indoor pool and hot tub smelled like dirty feet.
Pool and hot tub.
A warm welcome despite our late arrival, along with good advice on things to do locally. The location was very convenient for exploring Cape Cod. Free wifi, a fridge and coffee maker in the room and a microwave nearby were all very useful, as was the hot tub in the indoor pool area. We thought that breakfast in the 50's style diner was a little expensive.
Prompt service in response to our request and issues.
It was reasonably priced. Attractive grounds. Restaurant was good. Upstairs footsteps and creaking noise from 2nd floor. Annoying to room below. Second floor would be better to stay in.
We've stayed here before & remember it being "nice", it isn't so nice anymore. It needs updating!!! The 1st room we had was very stinky!! We asked for another room (because of the car below our room alarm was going off and the management couldn't find the owner!!!!) the next room was in a newer building and was fine. I'd think twice about staying here again......
good value for the price TV needs updating
The hot tub was very nice and the room was good sized. The staff was friendly. There was a very musty smell in the entire hotel.
Location, Cleanliness, Quietness, Value Some aspects of room.-.TV, Bed,Floor in bathroom could be updated
staff friendly and efficient swimming pool breakfast average quality
Great friendly staff. Convenient location. Good value for the money. Balcony was missing siding.
The staff was really friendly and very helpful Doors were very cheap. Had to lock my turning lick inside the door before closing. They were like a cheap, hallow bathroom door. I could kick it in if I wanted to. The halls were dirty and smelled bad. The room was livable but not for longer than one nights sleep. I would not want to hang out in that room for very long
The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Good central location, near beach etc. Clean rooms, daily housekeeping. Porr selection at breakfast.
The resort is out on the end of a point with nothing but residential houses around, so it is quiet and not crowded. The buildings and rooms were nice with large windows and good views. Our only minor complain is the limited storage space. We had a "Standard Cottage" which was spacious, but there were only a couple drawers available and the space for hanging close competed with the kitchen table.
Exceptional customer service, especially accommodating our RV, and the indoor pool was a bonus.

central location,near everything
It was close to everything in town. The room was large & clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was not included, but coffee & tea were.

very friendly staff at desk and reservation was ready. great price for location bathroom. decor is outdated although sheets were very clean and decent quality.
Not enough outlets in the room.
The owner/operators where fantastic. The location is very good as it is centrally located on main st. The shower curtain would not hold and subsequently the floor wood get soaked. Old school small round toilet was a bit of a throwback. Also the shower was very tight as was the bathroom as a whole

it was very nice and in a good location close to shopping and restaurants would have liked more towels in the room and a coffee pot a continental breckfast would have been appreciated
Great friendly people, nice pool, decent very clean room, and they even let us in 3 hours before checkout.
Indoor pool was to cold for a heated pool. I had an issue with one staff member when I was lock out because one of the 2 keys given to me didn't work. It was 230am and my daughter woke up I decided to drive her around the parking lot. I return to find out one of my keys did not work. I walked to the front desk with my crying baby. The stuff member was extremely rude. Wanting to argue about the key instead of having some companion for me an my 19month old daughter at 230am.
Debbie Robbins is a bad employee and runs the place like the homeless shelter that it is. Highly advise you, look elsewhere
Good location and clean. Nothing special but its just what you need. Beds and linens were clean, bathroom was spotless. Needs a facelift because its outdated but a good value overall.
Facilities were very nice and the food at Grand Cru Wine Bar was excellent Too much room deodorizer made the room smell like a potpourri shop. Otherwise was very nice. Easy to get around from there. Nice pool and hot tub.
It's a very nice place to stay. Pools, restaurants, recreation for kids, everything in one place!! A fire alarm making noise at 1:50 and 3am
The pools, arcade, restaurant and more! Extra fees
The location was excellent. Close to everywhere I wanted to go and the parking was easy and convenient. Check in was easy. Motel staff was friendly and nice. The pool was nice and clean and quiet. I would stay here again. It's clean and comfortable and seems like a safe area. The beds were very creaky. I felt like I was going to wake up my daughter every time I rolled over. Both beds were like that. I wished that there were more towels in the room. There were two of the biggest size towels but we didn't have any for the pool. There were no towels out at the pool area.
Cleanliness was supurb A very friendly and homely housekeeper SUE was Fabulous.
The staff were very nice, and good location. Right on main at. The hotel was run down and needed some serious updating. The common areas were not very clean, especially the outside and lobby. The room was dusty and the carpet could have used a good cleaning. Not that big a deal. Was really quiet for Main St. The staff were really sweet. I've stayed at worst! Michelle
Jacuzzi in room plus huge shower with multiple shower heads for two. Booked room and stated included jacuzzi but when check in told not in room so had to upgrade & pay extra.
Spacious suite, relatively convenient location The decor and building layout reminiscent of funeral homes, and the smell inside the room reinforced that feeling. Things appeared old and tacky.
Room smelled awful. Place was shoddy.
Not much. Room was filthy. You could see the grime built up on all the tables in room. All of the wallpaper in room and hallways is falling off. I've been coming here for over 20 years and they have never redecorated at all.
The staff was not friendly. They were rude, yelled at us when we called to request extra towels. We were told by front desk breakfast was until 10:30. Went down at 10:10, and breakfast was over. Apparently it ends at 10. The man was very nice and apologized. He said we were the second couple that was told 10:30. Other hotel guests came up to us and asked if the blonde at the counter was rude to us. Apparently, other guests were yelled at by her as well. The room was disgusting. Ants were climbing along the window. The bed was broken and held up by a wooden board. The furniture looked like it was from the side of the road. And we stayed in one of the more expensive suites! I was told by a local this hotel is considered a "party hotel" for the locals. They don't keep it up because the locals trash the rooms. We are a couple in our mid 30's who were looking for a romantic night away. I would not recommend this. In fact, I have traveled all over the world, and have stayed at many other spots on the cape, and this is the first time I've taken time to write a poor review. I understand things can't be perfect all of the time, but this was horrible. Dirty, very rude staff. I cannot come up with one good thing other than the man who apologized to us for breakfast. You can get something much better, in the same location. Look elsewhere! It's worth the extra $20 to stay in a spot that isn't littered with ants.
Nothing Room was very outdated and smelled. Bathroom was disgusting. However it was a slight step up from the first room they tried giving us that smelled like mold.
The floor was wet and the air conditioner was loud and smelled bad.
We loved that we were overwhelmed with the scent of bleach when we opened the three room door, to the point we even had to air out the room by opening the window. This might be a negative to some people but to us it means that we didn't have to clean the tub ourselves to be sure it was clean. Front desk person in the AM was very cheerful and efficient (can't say the same about when we checked in) Luckily my husband and I could tell the difference between clean and things (such as the mirror in the bathroom and the plug in the tub) needing replacements or updates (but I'm sure it is tackled on the off season.
Not much Dirty and old. My wife yelled at me when we showed up, she wasn't happy with my selection.
This place was pretty scary. The windows of the hotel look like they haven't been washed in years. There was water damage spots and paint chipping in the rooms. There was a giant jacuzzi tub which I didn't understand the purpose of. The bed/sheets seemed clean but the rooms in general were gross.
Location The jacuzzi in our room didn't work when we got there took them 3 hours to fix it. The tv only got one channel and was very fuzzy but they said they couldn't do anything about that and then the last night we where there we got locked out our room for over an hr because they couldn't figure out what was wrong with the door turned out to be the batteries had died in the card reader and after another 45 min all the manager said was here are your new keys have a good night bye no apologies or anything
Poor customer service
Easy to find, good location if you are catching a ferry Terrible bed, worse breakfast
The manager updated my facilities from 2 beds to 3 beds with a few clicks of his mouse - very quick and efficient. Breakfast was sparse, but sufficient. No juice
Maybe a 2 star hotel at best but good for money and good location
For the price, the room was nicer than you would expect. Room smelled like someone dumped a bottle of cologne somewhere.
Good place to stay for the money. Good location and clean rooms.
Nothing It was in poor condition
The staff was very nice and the room was roomy and clean. I would stay there again.
The location was the best part. It was centrally located. The outside pool was filled in and paved over! Not like the picture said. 1 ice machine for entire hotel, and did not work half the time.
We like the refrigerator in the room and the bed was comfortable. There were not enough electrical sockets in the room, and the switches had to be turned to "on" in order for them to work. The television sound was also turned off and the remote didn't work.
