Pros: Location location location. Staff was great.
Cons: Our room had a shower drain problem apparently known to the staff. Lighting flickered due to old switchs. The beach did not have umbrellas but did have chairs.
Pros: The resort is out on the end of a point with nothing but residential houses around, so it is quiet and not crowded. The buildings and rooms were nice with large windows and good views.
Cons: Our only minor complain is the limited storage space. We had a "Standard Cottage" which was spacious, but there were only a couple drawers available and the space for hanging close competed with the kitchen table.

Pros: Reasonably priced. Very friendly staff. Nice amenities.
Cons: Pool was very dirty. Walls were greenish. We didn't go in twice
Cons: Both pizza parties were out of pizza before the half hour so my family didn't get any. there were kids running up and down hall banging on my door all day/night. I called front desk they said not much they can do because there's a lot kids there. So we didn't get much sleep. Line for breakfast was 30 min long.
Pros: The staff, atmosphere, everything was awesome!!!
Linda at the front desk, especially, was very welcoming. We will definitely be back!
Pros: Guests in the hallways were awfully loud (not the hotel's fault), though I couldn't help but think the doors were too thin. Everything else about the place was great.
Pros: Decent location, good value for the money. Rooms reasonably plain, but clean. Included breakfast adequate, staff was quite helpful. Hot Tub was also clean, and appeared to be well-kept. Bar appeared to be a nice little place, although didn't get to use it this trip.
Cons: Out of control kids!! Probably my mistake, as the Saturday night which we checked in was the last day of Mass Feb. vacation. I guess that I didn't realize how noisy it could be; additionally, being put in a room which was in the access hall to the pool made it almost unbearable. One would have thought that the staff would have put us in an out-of-the-way room. To be fair, the staff did post people in the hall in order to keep the ruckus down to a dull roar, and Sunday night was indeed much quieter, but I can't recommend this place to anyone who wants to be assured of a quiet stay. I don't think that I'll risk another night's sleep by staying here again on my next trip to the Cape.
Bayside Resort Hotel is in West Yarmouth, less than 10 minutes’ drive from the airport in Hyannis, and within easy reach of Cape Cod. Guests have a great choice of beaches, and there are 20 golf courses within a 20-minute drive. Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard are both a ferry ride away.
Pros: The location was excellent. Close to everywhere I wanted to go and the parking was easy and convenient.
Check in was easy. Motel staff was friendly and nice.
The pool was nice and clean and quiet.
I would stay here again. It's clean and comfortable and seems like a safe area.
Cons: The beds were very creaky. I felt like I was going to wake up my daughter every time I rolled over. Both beds were like that.
I wished that there were more towels in the room. There were two of the biggest size towels but we didn't have any for the pool. There were no towels out at the pool area.

Pros: We booked this room because it was the only one available within 24 hrs of arrival date under $200 on a saturday night in august. I was pleasantly surprised. We were desperate so finding a room was already amazing, but the room was spacious, AC was nice and cool, big king size bed and the water pressure was amazing!
Cons: The office manager told us upon arrival that if we had just called we could have saved $20, but since he had to put the room online he marked up the rate. I don't know why he felt the need to tell us that, kind of made us feel lousy, but we were just happy to have found a place last minute. The bed frame had what looked like water damage on the side, but besides that all the other furniture looked clean. the sink had an odd location, at the far end of the wall outside of the bathroom. Other than that, it was exactly what we were looking for -which was a place to sleep.
Pros: Right on the Main Street. Close to stores and restaurants.
Cons: Our bathroom door did not close because there was a hole in the frame. Looked like someone bashed it open. Our sink was cracked so the bowl leaked a bit. We could hear the people next to us go in and out of their room all morning and the people above us, since the doors are very squeaky. We couldn't switched rooms because it was a Saturday night in August so the king size rooms were booked. They lied though. The bed was a queen. Luckily it was only one night. We will never stay again. Also parking filled in fast. They need more spots.

Cons: Room mattress needed to replaced five years ago
Tub area dirty, needs new caulk. Worst hotel this east coast trip
Cons: Debbie Robbins is a bad employee and runs the place like the homeless shelter that it is. Highly advise you, look elsewhere
Pros: Good location and clean. Nothing special but its just what you need. Beds and linens were clean, bathroom was spotless. Needs a facelift because its outdated but a good value overall.

Guests can hang out at the outdoor pool or indoor pool, or grab a bite to eat at Helens Diner, which serves breakfast. A seasonal outdoor pool and a garden are other highlights, and all rooms offer balconies or patios and refrigerators.
Pros: Proximity to activities and other restaurants, etc.
Cons: Room was dirty, poorly maintained (ceiling tiles stained and torn), electrical outlets not fully covered, outdoor pool dirty.
Pros: The location was okay, and the staff were friendly.
Cons: The room was very outdated. Water stains on the ceiling. Bathtub was peeling and should have been replaced long ago.
Stayed on the first floor, and heard the room above us all night long.
I will never pick this lodge again.
Pros: Price was great - good location - staff was helpful - let us in earlier than the 2pm when we asked. Worth it as a quick - cheap get away with everything near by. Did not swim but the pools looked ok - also had a swingset outside if you have kids.
Cons: Outdated - can tell it is aging but really what do you expect - for the price it is still worth it. Not enough towels - would still stay there again
Pros: Decent, spacious and clean rooms. Very good value for money
Cons: Dated furniture. Was expected given the great price.
Pros: Nothing was really great about this place. Just somewhere to sleep.
Cons: Did not like room. Smelled of mold and mildew. The bathroom was dirty. The carpet was damp. They did not provide enough towels. So following day had to go to office and ask for some. The people who work in the office not very nice. Everything out dated. Indoor pool and hot tub smelled like dirty feet.
Pros: We liked the location, the large room, and the 3 swimming pools.
Cons: The staff was helpful, but not friendly. I don't think I saw any of the smile once.
Pros: Quiet area and the location
Pros: The price and location
Cons: Dated, thin walls, pools and hot tub sketchy looking
Pros: Pool and hot tub.
Pros: Clean rooms, cheaper than other places, pretty standard.
Cons: Couldn't get wifi to work on phone. Huge group of foreigners making noise outside late at night and early AM. A bit pricey for what you get.
Cons: dirty and full of smoking smell.
Pros: Rooms relatively clean, staff not overly friendly, but helpful. Good location to launch from if you have a car.
Cons: Loud parties outside late at night/early in morning with families traveling together. Thin walls. Parking only on one half of motor lodge. Stained carpets, outdated furnishings.

Guests can take a dip in one of 2 outdoor pools, and the spa tub makes for a relaxing end to the day. An indoor pool and a seasonal outdoor pool are other highlights, and rooms offer refrigerators and free WiFi.
Cons: Sliding door to parking lot was a bit broken
Pros: Location location location! Right on rt. 28 in yarmouth makes everything in the area accessable. New cabana barcand grill at the outdoor pool was a nice touch.
Cons: The beds and pillows were uncomfortable, one ice machine was out of order, the other was more often than not out of ice.
Pros: The breakfast cafe was fast and super good! Indoor pool / hot tub was fun after a long day and there was a bar upstairs.
Cons: It was old and kind of dirty, hairs on sheets at checkin, spilled cereal on the floor that wasn't ours.
Pros: Great breakfasts available onsite, reasonable, and fast service, Outdoor pool bar (during daytime) has frozen drinks and great bartender, Great wait staff at breakfast. Cute evening bar looking down on indoor pool. Coffee was always available in lobby, as saw no coffee pot in our room, but better coffee in lobby than in-room anyway. There's a dunkin donut next door too. $3 off yarmouth beach pass, buy pass at front desk. $3 off per person at some restaurants for dinners--Roadhouse Cafe fantastic--in Hyannis, Room clean. Has refrigerator.
Cons: AC unit in room rather loud. indoor pool would be great for laps but cord is up across middle of length cutting in half and kids playing in both sides. can do laps if wait until 11 pm when kids are out, so 10 to 11 pm, or swim sideways width of pool is possible but = short laps. Don't know about early morning. Decor somewhat aging/worn, though new tile in our bathroom and granite counter outside bath around sink/vanity.
Pros: I loved the pool. At this time of the year, I had it to myself quite a bit. I like that there are adult only times.
Cons: Hard to get luggage from car to room unless on the parking lot side.
Pros: I was here for a funeral and i was pleasantly surprised by value, staff, cleanliness, everything really, i would highly recommend it
Cons: The air conditioner leaked, big puddle. The sliding back door didn't lock, so anyone could get into the room.

After splashing around at the outdoor pool, you can grab a bite to eat at the restaurant or unwind with a drink at one of the 2 bars/lounges. An indoor pool and a poolside bar are other highlights, and rooms offer refrigerators and free WiFi.
Cons: Indoor pool was to cold for a heated pool. I had an issue with one staff member when I was lock out because one of the 2 keys given to me didn't work. It was 230am and my daughter woke up I decided to drive her around the parking lot. I return to find out one of my keys did not work. I walked to the front desk with my crying baby. The stuff member was extremely rude. Wanting to argue about the key instead of having some companion for me an my 19month old daughter at 230am.

Cons: Did not like that the pool was down and I read back in December it was down that's been 5 months and maybe longer not sure all that time with out a pool not good for business, and they do not even have a hot tub on the property, and no vending machines
Pros: I was actually confused at first because it's now travelodge.
Overall experience is good, given the price. The bed is comfy and the staff members are poliet. Overall cleanliness is ok...I guess they were just renovated so the place is clean but u can tell the housekeepers dont do really good job keeping the place clean. I had to sanitize the bathroom before I dared touching it and the tub is kinda dirty.

Cons: No maid service first morning. Door wouldn't lock until I duck taped the lock back into the door.
Pros: Pleasant staff, willing to help when could
Cons: Bookings said it was within walking distance from beaches. It is not the nearest beach was 4 miles away. The daily rate doubled on friday and saturday. This was not declared on Bookings. The rate should have averaged $90 but ended up.$120
Pros: Close to beaches, restaurants, shopping, nightlife. Relatively inexpensive. Availability of limited morning breakfast was convenient.
Cons: It would have been nice to have more convenient access to ice, vending machines- these were far from our room. The room was a little shabby, but about what we expected for the price. All in all, a perfectly serviceable place to stay for relatively low cost.
Pros: Bed was comfortable. Easy access to other locations.
Cons: Thought it was outragous to charge $1.50 to use the in-room safe.

Cons: The staff was lackadaisical and not present the majority of the time. Security lights were pointed directly in my room so no sleep was to be had by anyone in the room. There was no tub to wash my youngsters in. There was however a nasty shower to use that was poorly installed and moldy. There was also no amenities available for small children (crib). Needless to say it was a long night and a horrible stay.
Pros: Really friendly staff!!
Cons: Pool is not safe for children under 5 years old.
Pros: Location was great, 5 minutes from Hyannis and not far from several other towns. Close to great restaurants. It was a nice hotel for what I used it for and that was just to sleep.
Cons: Room was sort of small, but housekeeping did well. Found several spiders first nights stay. Pillows were uncomfortable.
Cons: The whole place was junk. The walls are so thin I might as well be in the next room with neighbors. The bathroom door had a hole in it. The shower floor was so old it was peeling away. The toilet ran all night and the furniture was very used at best
Pros: Clean and great location
Cons: They charge 20$ a dog and when checking out they say that you didn't pay to get another 20$ out of you. Get receipts!!

Pros: This place was despicable. The staff was rude, terrible and hardly spoke English. The room was filthy, old and the entire property seemed to attract degenerated individuals. The front desk asked for an extra $20.00 if they let me check into my room before 2PM... I would not recommend this place to anyone. The Internet shows this place as a clean relaxing stay, it's the complete opposite! Not only the above but the ice machine didn't even work! It is a dirty terrible place!
Cons: Everything! Read my comments above.
Pros: They let us leave early. And reimbursed some of our money.
Cons: There wasn't a smoke detector in our room.We asked for one and didn't get one. The room smelled of cat pee. There was mold growing on the picture. We left asap!
