Pros (+) This hotel is right by a grocery store (Deen grocery store...just across the parking lot) and only a two minutes walk to the Zaandam train station. The train station has a sprinter train that takes you to the Schiphol Airport in only 19 minutes (about €5 a person). We rented bikes and took a 20 minute bike ride up to Zaanse Schanns to see the windmills and visit the fun cheese shop. Highly recomme...

Pros (+) The rooms were much nicer than I expected and it's only 15-20min to get into the city if you can manage the tricky rail system.
