Only chicken as a meat dish through out the flight

3 of us were in the business class. All good except the Flight out of Mumbai is too early. It is at 6:30 am. Reporting is at 4 am. We had to get up at 3 am. US connection has 4-5 hours of layover. It would be nicer to start the India flight late (give more time to sleep at home) and have less layover duration in IST.

There was a Turkish Airlines employee sitting in front of us, we noticed from her conversations we witnessed with the cabin crew and the fact that she boarded business class. She was sat in 16A. Firstly she was talking loudly the majority of the flight with two other men, one of which was leaning over the seat in front of her. This was disturbing as they were talking loudly and we were not able to sleep. The 12 hour long flight turned into a nightmare, even the noise cancellation didn’t work for their chatter. Secondly she requested extra meals from the crew for her male friends. We believe the meals came from business class. They also took their e-cigarettes out and were caught the cabin crew, but no further action was taken. Sitting in economy and seeing this is extremely disheartening. Next time I will book Emirites, I don’t think their staff would be allowed to behave like this.

In general terms the service was excellent. I would ask that they add more content in Spanish to the catalog of movies, series and music.

Quality of service on board was very inconsistent. FA service primarily seemed robotic and they barely engaged with passengers

The flight departed on time and the staff was professional.

Friendly crew. Computer systems had trouble keeping my Star Alliance status linked to my reservation. Inflight Wi-Fi was slow and expensive. No standard power outlet, but medium-power USB-C port slowly charged my laptop. No option to buy whisky in economy.

M pretty much done with kayak and all other booking webs and apps. Scams all around my long trip.. Losing hundreds of $$ in extra charges and delays. Done with Turkish airline too. I will never use Kayak again for any of my bookings in the future!

not enough room not comfortable but no charge for one checked bag and one carryon personal item

Istanbul to Miami Sector the plane was nice and clean except for no WiFi during the entire flight. The flight from Karachi to Istanbul was another story .The sad part is we paid for business class to be comfortable. The foot rest didn’t work. The flight attendant had to push the seat to put to recline position and/or put it back. This was not only for me but for other passengers in business class. The tray table would not come out so had to get help from the passenger sitting next to me. I understand that they may have to use old planes but Turkish Airlines have to make sure that the things are functional especially the duration of flight is six hours and they are charging a lot of money. It seemed that i was flying a domestic sector instead of an international flight.

LOT airlines wasn't the best. They had trouble with boarding and they didn't have my information on file the right way. They change last minute details without us knowing and everything was a HOT MESS. Lot airlines also lost my baggae which was the carseat and haven't responded to any of my emails.

Delay everywhere,5 hours,24 hours,missing all connection flights,terrible trip..

Pros: "Nothing to like"
Cons: "This Iwa’s very bad experience. Never again will use LOT"
Cons: "The worse experience ever. I booked the flight and then they canceled it, i tried changing the dates but the website was giving me an error so i called them, after being on the phone for 2 hr some guy answered who seemed very tired and not thrilled working for LOT. Rood and not helpful, told me to try FB messenger and online changing again. Failed to get a voucher, refund or change the dates online, was still getting an error. on messenger they answered and told me i can get a voucher, i told them i don't want it and after that they stopped replying all together. good thing i got my money back by filing a dispute with my CC company."
Pros: "The seats were very comfortable. The plane was clean and the crew was very friendly."
Cons: "Entertainment system operated intermittently. Headphone jack didn't make good contact with plug, no noise reducing headphones, mediocre food."
Cons: "somebody lost my bag with ski boots, never again with polish air lines,NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!"
Pros: "Efficient and comfortable"
Cons: "The quality and choice of food to for more healthy options"
Pros: "The crew was great! Was disappointed they gave us a A340 from air Belgium instead of the 787 Dreamliner we were supposed to get."
Cons: "Boarding was tough they made us board a shuttle like the 90’s and go up stairs was really tough with kids and carry ons."
Cons: "The registration could open earlier than two (!) hours before the take-off! Or, at least have more than two representative registering economy class passengers (yes, there was a big and very slow line). The food could be better than just a McDonald's type apple pie."
