A very poor experience which is a surprise as Lufthansa has such a good reputation. Absolutely no leg room in economy - it was very very uncomfortable - the video/tv screen was not working, food was poor but that is standard for airline food. We were assigned seating in the back despite having paid for seats at the front of the plane - it does not appear Lufthansa will refund these. Flight attendants were generally nice and helpful. Pilots were reassuring.

Very good! Only negative was having to purchase water on a 2 hour flight! Felt even soda should have been free!
The flight was super bag and on top of that my luggage got delayed and i didn’t get them until now
Give at least coffee or juice as it is an international flight.
There were kids on the plane playing games on phones with audio on. Also one misbehaved kid kept running up and down the aisle and there was no action by the crew or the mom. This negatively affected my otherwise good flight experience a lot.
The Lufthansa flight was delayed, and I missed the connecting flight. Lufthansa customer service have not been helpful in rebooking the subsequent flight with Air India (another airline that is part of the Star Alliance). Lufthansa told me it's not their responsibility, and Air India says the PNR is part of Lufthansa, so they are not responsible for rebooking. Lufthansa customer service asked me to contact the counter at Delhi airport, but no one was available there. I am caught between these two airlines, and ultimately, Air India decided to reschedule my flight after 18 hours. I am stranded at Delhi airport. I can't go out because if I do, I can't come back in, and I can't get past security to get food. My 3-year-old and our family stranded here for 12 hours without food and water.
Boarding was confusing with all those lanes and groups. Everything else was good
The flight was wonderful, especially the special assistance from airplane to airplane!
Dinner was excellent - beef stew, the eggs for breakfast were only ok. It was soooo nice that there were so many options for movies and games.
It got us their! Delays Delays delayed, flight got in well after specified time, rental car firms shut at 11pm!!!! So from £300 for car to £689.. thank you Ryanair....
The distance between seats was narrow. So my recommendation is to increase it

flight delayed, no information given until late on, Ryanair app said "on time" until 5 minutes before expected departure time, crew rushed us to board, when it was already 3 hours late
I got denied boarding bevause they said they "ran out of seats on a plane"
Speakers were blaring. It's like being in a Moroccan market and you keep getting shouted at with what's for sale
Due to long security check and no last call announcements from Gate staff, my family and 12 other passengers missed the flight.
What can you say Ryanair get you there,no frills Not so cheap anymore ..... but what is now days! Would use again as always. Good flight times for us.
