The hotel is lovely and right outside a tram stop so your not walking far to get transport , quite area perfect after a busy day in the center .the rooms are a great size , the shower is amazing. Staff are very polite and nice and are on hand to help . The food they serve at breakfast is locally sourced which I thought was great.
Only negative for me ,they had no vegetarian sausages or halal option .

Location is great. Just in front of hotel, there is tram number 2, which takes you everywhere in the city center. And interval is too less. One more thing about staff. I forgot my left bud airpod in room after check out. 1 hour later i come back and staff kindly helped me to find my airpod. Very friendly and kind staff!
Location was brilliant, tram stop right outside that can take you straight into central. Room was spotless, and peaceful. Beautiful view of the sunrise each morning over ‘Dam. Uk plug sockets were a nice addition! The shower is fantastic!!
The draw under the location of the coffee machine was broken, didn’t really affect us but just for future. Also would really recommend having usb plug sockets and a portable mirror for guest use on the desk.
Room was extremely spacious compared to an average hotel room and it was very clean. Location is not very central but the transportation is really easy, as the tram station is on the opposite side of the road. Staff is very welcoming and helpful. If I ever travel to Amsterdam again, I would definitely book a room from here again.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was buffet-style, served from 7:30 to 10:30 (I believe), and offered a great selection… it was also included in our room price. The hotel is less than a minute from the tram, which was very convenient. I also appreciated the check-in process, which felt very safe and secure. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Not too many options to eat around the location. But that's a very small issue.
