Pros (+) The location on campus is amazing. Our room looked south over the main campus, including the library and chapel. There's a student commons on the ground floor - recently remodeled - which has food, coffee and a campus store. The interior is nicely decorated and looks more modern than the outside.
Cons (-) There's no way to sugar coat it: the building is hideously ugly from the outside; it looks like a Soviet-era apartment block.
