Find cheap flights from Saint Thomas Island to San Juan

at the time for boarding the lady just call Group A and no other goups and everybody from A to F go inside without the right turn,and when we get in theres no more spsce for carry on , the ones that get in at not correct group from the back occupy our space !!!!! a mess !!!!

The boarding and flight were ok, but there were several painful issues. The flight was 3:20 in the air and almost four hours door to door, but they only had snack packs on the plane. They really need to have food on longer flights or make it clear to everyone that they won’t have food. They also advertise free WiFi, but it did not work for 90% of this flight. Again, almost four hours door to door. If I had known I was flying spirit for JetBlue prices then I would have planned differently.

I really liked the way snacks and drinks were available throughout the flight!!! The flight attendants were also all fantastic!

The plane was very hot. There were delays . Generally, the flight was great.

Safe takeoff and landing Better snacks and coffee. Headphones for the TV monitors.

If jet blue is going to offer tv at every seat, fix the headphone connection so you can hear. Haven’t had a usable headphone jack in years

I think the food / snack service was very poor. tehy could have done better. Evrything else was great

No wifi, not even while close to the continental US or Puerto Rico, no entertainment whatsoever (TVs not working). Totally disappointing.

Wifi screens were great. Both flights were delayed, spending all day flying home and then getting home at 3am ruins the next day also.

I don't recall hearing any boarding announcements, people just started getting in line. Flight attendants were nice. A bit chatty with each other but helpful enough during our tarmac delay. Plane ride was very comfortable.

The truck that was refueling the plane drove away with the hose still connected to the plane and ripped part of the plane off with it

Terrible. Initially we were shocked by the outrageous baggage fees we needed to pay at check in for our so-called "discounted, economy flight" - we paid over $200 (!!) for one check-in and 2 carry-on bags - this felt like a real bait-and-switch" scam. Our flight from Phoenix to SFO was delayed by 4 hours. Multiple apparent causes (from needing to make space for other planes that were landing late to problem with cabins pressure system, and whatever...). After de-boarding and re-boarding we still waited at least an hour on a cramped, poorly ventilated plane before take-off. Seats were cramped, uncomfortable - did not recline at all. No water until we were flying for a while. No complimentary snacks. Upon arrival at SFO my luggage was sent upstairs to the check-in counter. The customer service person there refused to let me examine a bunch of bags that were sitting on a nearby cart because it was "behind the counter", rather made me wait until another attendant did an exhaustive and failed (?computer) search, came back and told me they were unable to locate my bag. I asked her to look on the cart, lo and behold, there was my bag just a few feet away! Missed my choir rehearsal that evening due to all of the delays. One more thing, a few days later my husband and I tested positive for Covid. Since we both are fully vaccinated, careful about masking and have never had Covid previously, we will never know, but suspect we may have acquired the infection during the prolonged wait on your poorly ventilated plane (person in the row in front of us was coughing). After registering a complaint, we received a measly $50 voucher for future flights. Needless to say we have no intention of flying with Frontier Airlines ever again.

Everything was good, and most importantly on time. They have been extremely tardy in some of my flights

Lost baggage on my connecting flight. 24 hours later, still no update on my bags.

They didn’t bother to restock the plane before we left, so most items on the menu were not available.

Excellent crew. WE all know Frontier its a low cost airline but the travel time was about 30 minutes and the crew was phenomenal. I was with a group of 10 more and we are enjoy our flight. The only issue was in SJU waiting for the luggage.

The plane was on time. Boarding went fast. Smooth flight and landing. I filled out info for a frontier credit card on the flight from Indy to Orlando and have have heard nothing back. I was supposed to get all these “instant” rewards and have received nothing g.

Everything was on time and smoothly run. All employees appeared happy and enjoying their job. The delay in take-off was unrelated to anything in Frontier’s control. I wish there were a caffeine-fee, sugar free soda drink option besides water. There are multiple zero sugar caffeine free options.

Took 60 minutes to find an open gate at Atlanta Hartsfield airport after landing. Making passengers wait 60 minutes is poor planning and gate management.

Beware that when flying into Atlanta with Frontier, you will wait for your checked bag for a full hour after arriving at the gate! Do NOT recommend Frontier if Atlanta is your final destination!

If you take this airline, they WILL change the flight time, and make you miss your connection. It has happened every time I used it. It's so unreliable that I think it shouldn't be offered on Kayak. You will regret it!

In addition to the fact that Silver changed the flight time several days before the trip without offering any choices , I was sick with Covid and unable to go on the trip. I tried to ask Silver for a credit for a flight when I’d recooperated but they don’t do credits, even for illness. I will Never fly on Silver again

I canceled due to a 7 hour delay. Was forced to book another airline last minute , very expensive. Silver Aorways sucks

I spent hours with orbitz to get my tsa # on my ticket. They didn’t have a place to enter. I will never use orbitz again. No customer service. A number in which u press offered options and the message replays instead of getting customer to that area. Silver did not make the promised call back. Finally someone responded to my email and took care of it after I lost hours of my vacation arranging this. Staff on flight barked orders.

Our pilot and flight attendant, Desiree, were great. I always fly this route and this crew was better than most.

The worst flight ever; 1st and last flying to this airlines

Easy boarding and deplaning. Short flight. Water was given but that was it.

Flight was delayed a bit since booking but otherwise everything was very good.

While this is a VERY SMALL plane; take-off to landing was fine. It's the constant departure time changes that wore me out and I'll try to never use this inconsistent airway again. Four delays in one day. Done!!!!!!

This has been, by far, my worst experience with an airline company. I had a reservation for a Tuesday at 8:30 pm departure from Gainesville, FL (1.5 hours - direct flight) I received an email on Monday that my flight had been changed to Monday at night to depart from Jacksonville, FL (and it was an 11 .5 hours flight ). There was no way I would have had the time to gather my things, drive 1.5 hours to the Jacksonville airport, and make it on time to board the plane. Besides, I had a full day of work on Tuesday. The only good thing I xan say about Silver airlines is that they did give me a refund, but I had to wait about 4 hours for a call back
