Newly renovated Hotel, Conference Center & Bennigan's Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites, Des Moines Northwest, is conveniently located in Urbandale, Iowa, at the intersection of I 35, I 80 and Merle Hay Road; We welcome business travelers with companies such as John Deere, Corteva, Camp Dodge, and Iowa Law Enforcement Academy. Our guests also enjoy visiting Blank Park Zoo, Living History Farms, Adventureland Park, and the Iowa State Capitol. Pets are welcome! Enjoy fun food and friendly Irish service at our very own Bennigans restaurant and bar. Open daily from 6:30 am to 11:00 pm serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, cocktails and room service. Our free shuttle operates in a generous 3 mile radius to Merle Hay Mall, Valley Junction, and a variety shops and restaurants. Our shuttle operates with generous hours and flexible scheduling. Accommodations also include free Wi-Fi, ample parking for over 350 vehicles, microwave, mini refrigerator, Keurig, and 49" HDTV with DirecTV.
