Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location and the friendliness of the staff, highlighting convenient access to restaurants, shops, and attractions. Cleanliness and comfortable beds are also mentioned positively. However, many guests complain about high noise levels at night, small room sizes, and occasional issues with hot water or amenities. Breakfast receives mixed feedback, and parking can be challenging. Overall, the hotel is seen as well-located with helpful staff, but noise and room size may detract from the experience.
