Cons (-) We left 2 days earlier but couldn’t get reimbursed for 2 last nights. I had paid a pet fee for the entire week and the staff was unable to charge 2 nights back for that as well. We had booked and paid for a room with 2 double beds. Upon arrival we were told that the 2-bed rooms were all booked and we had to stay in a room with 1 queen bed. Although we were 3 people. Pros (+) Nothing. I ended up going to the hotel next door. No one at the check in desk- waited 5 min. There was a running car outside the door with two people inside. The back door from parking garage had broken glass covered with a piece of cardboard. Not very safe! Scary place.
Cons (-) There could have been someone at the check in desk and building in better condition.

Cons (-) Everything was filthy. The parking garage and stairwell was littered with trash. The carpets throughout the hotel looked as if they were not vacuumed in weeks. There was blueberries smeared all over the wall in the elevator. There was hair on one of the pillows on my bed. My room reeked of cigarette smoke. Pros (+) Very comfortable, and clean. Don't have to go far to eat or see a movie everything is right there.
Cons (-) Every time I stay at Extended Stay I always have to call front desk for cups. There's NEVER any dishes in our room as advertised. No plates not pots no cups etc.

Pros (+) Anywhere that charges less than $150-$200/night in NY should be considered for carefully. The other reviews were on point with the stale cigarette smell, dingy rooms, and bare minimum amenities. There are those nappy/pilly blankets on the bed that you know are never washed. Bed was uncomfortable for my back. No dishware for an extended stay facility???!!! Drunk guys lining.the area behind the hote...
