Cons (-) The staff didn't know specific details about the facility, whether there was coffee or iron in the room. The restaurant/bar closed early because it wasn't busy, which is a ridiculous excuse for the guests that are staying there and want to grab a drink or get something to eat. I couldn't sleep at night because of loud noise from the vent.
