The complimentary breakfast was cancelled due to COVID. That’s understandable, but the web site did not inform us of this fact. The elevator was broken, and we were given a room on the top floor. The room had two queen beds despite our reservation (from 3 months before) being for a king. It took a while arguing with the staff before they would give us the room we paid for.
