Hotel was overbooked so had to be moved elsewhere (some other families decided to sleep in reception instead) at least 5 rooms not available due to hotel being too full. Hotel staff rude and refused to apologise or refund first night stay, ended up staying in a cheap apartment back on the strip a few km away.
