The FA told me that the dinner was vegetable curry which turned out to be vegetarian (tofu) which I don’t care for but that was the only disappointing part of my trip.
Annoying customer pushing my seat did not make this pleasant.
It said that there was wifi. During the flight there was no wifi and while waiting at the gate the phone services already got cut off so I wasn’t able to say I am taxiing from the gate to my husband. This left me with an uncomfortable feeling. So I was waiting on the WiFi connection during flight and that never happened.
Boarding could be smoother. But the flight crew was excellence. Very professional, friendly and helpful.

My flight from London to Washington was rescheduled without notification which clashed with my Abuja to London flight. At the end of the day thy had canceled my Washington flight. This resulted in stopping at New York to board a local flight American Airline but I have. Been at New York airport for the past 12 hrs . I am not yet home because of flight disappointment
Superb staff, ingenious seating in Club class. Superb food and service. Loading and unloading. Ample cabin overhead luggage space. But the earphone socket was damaged and did not give binaural audio. Very hard to follow a film over the engine noise. Nor could I get to play Sudoku for want of instructions.
