Not very comfortable seated in the back plane due to turbulence

Everything about Korean air is great, hands down! Will always prefer this airline from other carriers.

Ford not that great the seat not to big for leg room like other airline

Crew was ok, but some passengers were a bit rude. Again, all outlets were not working, only the really slow charging usb plug on the entertainment system. Entertainment system was also bugged, some features just crash, the touch screen wasn't working and when trying to watch a movie the onscreen display kept flashing off and on making it very difficult to watch.

New plane. Perfect gluten free meal Very flawless procedures from check-in to the landing. Taking off on time and landing even earlier and the luggages are already there after shortest arrival report.

It was ok. Not good and not a bad experience

I like your stewardess, they are nice. However, your food could have been better and wheres your dessert? You do not offer beer or scotch. I do not drink alcohol biut my husband can have one or two, he has to ask if he can have one. during dinner or lunch, it should be offerred. Also, you do not have the most famous drinks ginger ale

Not accommodating ground staff On board slow service Crew members not very friendly

lunch was good; breakfast was kinda meh cabin temprature was way too high new entertainment system but somewhat limited content

Staff on board were good - food was fine tasted good - tv was old 1970ts in seat back but hey it was a 2 out flight so no drama

Cons: "No entertainment, no place to plug in devices, extremely uncomfortable. The worst part was the Dixie cup of water served. Really?!? A bottle or larger cup would have broke the bank? Was so thirsty by the time we landed even though I had the attendants bring me water three times."

Plane and service were great. The entertainment is only for Koreans. Wish there were vegetarian options for food. All in all pleasantly surprised. Economy premium was quite good.

This form doesn’t work. Can’t type in, had to copy-paste. The crew constantly telling everyone about minor things is unnecessary. Did you put the belt on, push your bag more under the seat… The seat space was good for tall people, the food was decent for airplane.

Roomy seats for the given price! I couldn’t ask more!

Great airline, but there was no English entertainment (movies or shows)

Check-in was an absolute disaster, taking more than an hour and half because they offered no online check-in and Kiosks were not available to use. In-flight entertainment was exclusively Korean media with a selection of only 5 or 6 movies to choose from. Korean television shows were also available. The food was lackluster. My chicken and tomatoes had 3 small pieces of chicken next to a mountain of soggy wedge potato fries. The seats were more comfortable than other airlines I’ve flown with and the staff aboard was extremely pleasant and helpful.

One of our luggage items was damaged during our flight to Newark from Incheon. Although our email communication was not responded to, when discussing the matter with the staff at the Newark checkin before our return flight to Incheon, we were provided with a free replacement luggage item. This customer service was, overall, very satisfactory.

I would have enjoyed some hot tea, preferably green tea, but they only serve hot coffee.

10 Hours delay on departure of the return flight and in-flight Wi-Fi was not available entire flying time all that caused monetary loss to my business.

Some favorite food ran out of service and I have to eat what was left available. Also I had to drink cold red wind! Why could not have been kept in room temperature?

It was a good flight, with great crew and service. I will definitely fly with them again. Excellent experience and very friendly. Excellent value.

Cons: "The person behind me was coughing and had his mask off. Attendant had to ask him many times to put his mask on."
Pros: "The person who boarded us was very nice."
Cons: "The primary flight attendant seemed judgemental. The snacks were minimal, and I wish I had known to download the United app to enjoy the entertainment."
Cons: "Not Air Seoul! OPERATED BY PIEDMONT AIRLINES AS AMERICAN EAGLE"
Pros: "Fast and efficient!"
Cons: "A cream member fell asleep during take off. Possibly not a great idea."
Pros: "Good leg room, workers pleasant"
Cons: "Checking in. I checked in about 22 hours before my flight and I still ended up on standby. When I arrived in the morning I asked about my seat assignment and still didn’t get one. I was physically in the airport. Checked in the night before with no seat assignment. I was in the airport 5 hours before the flight and still didn’t get a seat because I was told I was last to check in. I find that hard to believe. Something is very wrong with that. Luckily someone gave up their seat but I should not have been on standby at all"
Cons: "Plane has TVs, but none worked. Booked through Kayak and they put us in the last row of the plane even though Asiana is partners with United and we have United Gold Status."

At the boarding gate, Jeju airline accepted "carry on" bags for checking in for free due to the "limited cabin space". This is because most passengers were carrying multiple bags that exceed the size and weight limit for carry on items. Rather than inspecting carry-on bags at the counter and requiring excess bags to be checked in for a fee, they allowed freeloading at the boarding gate to to the detriment of those who paid the fee for checked bags. This is totally unfair.

As posred earlier the crew was very accommodating & professional. Thank You Allen

All though you can not help it the kids was loud and unruly, The crew was very accommodating and professional. Thank You Allen.

No priority counter check in for families with young children.

The flight was delayed from GUM to ICN, there was no notification on how delayed the flight would be. Although we received notice, there was no specified time given. The flight was also very uncomfortable.

Cons: "Sold me a ticket then cancelled 15 minutes later due to not having updated information from the airline on bookings."
