Boarded 20 minutes late, dinner and beverages were provided but the "main" of dinner was freezing cold and had soggy lettuce. The seats were wildly uncomfortable! There was in-flight entertainment that you can access via your phone (vs. the TV on the seatback in front of you) but the wifi connection was weak and you could not actually play anything. With that said, the crew was very pleasant and friendly!

Flight crew made the flight very enjoyable as they were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Flight time was 3:40 compared to the 4:30 that was captured on our itinerary, so that was a pleasant surprise. In flight entertainment was good with plenty of selection, however some of the choices that my family tried were slow to load and stalled out a few times. We were able to restart and everyone finished watching their movies. Food was pretty basic: croissant, turkey or chicken lunch meat with Swiss cheese and a bag of Lay’s potato chips. Still a bonus considering most airlines offerings which is nothing but peanuts or a cookie.

Food could have been better, and internet that allows texting/WhatsApp and other basics on the phone instead of just inflight entertainment would have been nice.

Copa performed as expected for the amount of money I was willing to spend for the flight; it wasn’t exceptional but it was not bad in any way either. The crew was good; friendly and straightforward. The food was airplane food, so no expectations there and the entertainment was lacking but that was my fault for owning an IPhone with a charging port that’s not compatible with the rest of the world. I’d fly Copa again.

Very good, despite we had a delay because of some problems at the airport.

Left my bags in origin city on a business class ticket , spent about 2-3 days in the same clothes plus the flight .

Finalmente me envían a las carreras con Avianca, pero Copa lleva mis maletas hasta Panama y luego las devuelve a mi aeropuerto de origen, dejandome sin mis pertenencias y además no asumen la responsabilidad ya que dicen que es problema de Avianca Literalmente vi cuando el avión de Copa se lleva mis maletas, sus funcionarios en Bogota, incluyendo la gerente local me aseguran la entrega en Miami, pero simplemente era para poder engañarme y dar el cambio de silla por sobreventa

the planes are not modern there are no phone chargers

As usual, the flight with normal legroom was not very comfortable, but the second flight was much better because we had paid for extra legroom. It was very nice to check our bags without an extra fee.

other than a slight delay in takeoff from Panama , the flights were excellent ..... we will continue to use Copa whenever possible for flights to and from Central and South America ....

It was listed on my ticket as Finnair but there was no indication that the flight was Finnair. In fact the number was even different. There were no employees there until exactly 2 hours before so we had to wait in line at Iberia and hope

The flight was Finnair but there was no indications anywhere that the checkin was for Finnair also. There was no one to ask. I think at a minimum they should list the code shares so people don’t stand in the wrong line for an hour.

I booked the flight with Finnair, which made the arrangements for downloading a boarding pass unnecessarily complicated. I wouldn't do that again. Instead I'd book direct with AA.

Flight ok, but me and other two passengers didn’t have connection with the entertainment in our seats. So, no movies, no games, no music… for 9 hours. The crew just told us that there’s nothing they can do but I noticed during the flight that there were empty seats, so they could have offered to us to change seats. Customer service could be better.

Had a nice flight to London on BA will fly with them again in the future

Finnair cancelled my flight 12 hours prior to leaving for Helsinki. They stated there were mechanical problems. I had to scurry around to find a new flight that would meet my needs for arrival in Helsinki. Luckily I was able to find alternate transportation through Lufthansa/United.

I’m very disappointed, to fly into an airplane for 10 straight hours, and not having a TV even though when I put the ticket I was told that I will have entertainment for the TV. Very disappointed.

Not sure why JAL partnered with American Airlines because their service is no where near similar. Flight attendants were not friendly and didn’t smile. Food was horrible…

Overall the flights pretty good. The snacks we’re good and they were plenty of them. Both boarding and deplaning went quickly.

The flight was scheduled to depart DCA at 12:30 pm but was delayed twice on the ground so that we were finally scheduled to depart at around 4:00 pm. Once we boarded, it was announced that takeoff would be delayed again to fix a hydraulic problem which delayed our eventual takeoff until around 5:00 pm. Once we departed, it was a smooth flight back to ORD. We did not get any explanation about what caused the original significant delay. In my experience, this happens frequently with AA.

Overall it was good. The plane was small and the flight attendants on the Clt to gso route were not that friendly

So i was checked in for the seat number 40K. Unfortunately my seat was not able to recline which end up having very uncomfortable 15 hours flight.

I don’t like paying for food, but I understand why!!

First off, I never complained so it is not the crews fault. The lady to my left did not respect my seat whatsoever. She was too big to lower the armrest and basically sat on me the entire flight. She was against the window. I was in a middle seat. For future reference, American, please make sure the armrest will lower or get someone a larger seat/2 seats.

Was the most uncomfortable I ever had in the air. Felt like I was trapped in the seat legs cramped and was just horrible. The flight to DSM was a lot better. Even being on a smaller plane was better. Staff are outstanding. No complaints about the people.

Everything minus the seat, was okay. Not enough room. 15 hours in a small space was hard on my back. I'm still quite sore.

American Airlines no longer has Bischoff biscuits. This is intolerable.

Self check in Kiosk did not recognize that I had prepaid for my luggage. This caused a 40 minute delay even though I had my British Airways email receipt for the prepaid luggage.

I really did not like being ordered to pull my shade down by the attendants. One of them was very rude to me about it, standing there until I closed it like I was a child brusquely reaching across me to close an adjoining one. They claim it was so people who wanted to could sleep. It’s a 10:30am flight not a red eye. Closing your shade or leaving it up for natural light should be a choice. Ruined my flight!

There was some delay at Heathrow where a machine needed to "start the engines" wasn't available and they couldn't even find the team tasked to do it. Unacceptable. Caused about an hour delay and seemed unnecessary. Also saw several passengers abusing the overhead luggage situation, having too many large bags and not leaving enough space for others. The crew was good and the refreshments were good in quality and quantity.

Crew was more interested on looking at their phones than welcoming passengers during boarding.

The flight was good the crew excellent…but take off delayed three hours!!!

Fare was much lower with a layover in London as I was able avoid numerous landing fees that would have been added to the ticket price had I booked a direct flight to Amsterdam.

Lost my belongings, Crew fail to follow safety and regulatory requirements in 2nd leg of flight from London Heathrow to Copenhagen.

4 hour technical delay. Cancelled second meal. Crew and flight were great.

It took over an hour to check in my bag a there was just one person at the counter. Security lines for business class also took a while. Although I reported 3 hours before my flight I made it to the gate 20 mins before boarding. To add to that jewelry was removed from my checked in baggage. I am submitting a separate complaint to Mumbai airport for that.

On boarding, I used the bathroom. There was dirt (perhaps food) on the bathroom floor, and the sink in the bathroom was overflowing (old dirty water in the sink). There was zero entertainment, no charging capabilities for phones, and there was no food. The only complimentary beverage was a cup of water. This is atrocious for a 4 hour international flight. British Airways should be embarassed!
