Find cheap flights from Lisbon to Jeddah

The only issue was a short window to make my connecting flight, and nobody to assist me in finding my way to the next gate.

This is my first time flying Aegean Air and I had a great first time experience. I will fly this airline again.

There was not any food and I didn't use the entertainment

Just ok. No much of a great travel experience. If you need point A to B they are ok.

Very bad experience during the boarding, the Aegean employees were very rude, and impatient with the passengers

aegean took off late, which made it impossible for us to make the next flight on air canada, we all ran to the terminal, the plane was still there but the air canada folks wouldn't let us board because they said the door was already closed. they told us we had to go all the way back to aegean desk to arrange another flight.

Very delayed. Plus lack of entertainment on board. Crew members were very nice

Crew was excellent. Food was ok for a short flight. Plane was a regular airliner without any entertainment. Crew members were delightful. Pilot took off and landed without ever feeling that it had touched down. Very professional pilot and staff

Horrible. Boarding was terrible. For a huge airplane, we needed to be transported to the plane. The boarding area was overcrowded and frantic. .The seats were so uncomfortable. The food was fine.

Was not able to check in online, so had to stand in line for 90 minutes to get a boarding pass, and I had no luggage to check. Why not let people check in in advance on line? Or at a kiosk at the airport?

Okay experience, seats had a very poor legroom and width. Very uncomfortable for long journeys.

Paying for reserved seats and never received the seats I paid for !! Just fake and a surprise out of their " box "

The flight departed on time and the staff was professional.

My mother got sick and dying and i have to change my flight and they charged me $2260 that is redisclose.

Our itinerary was broken apart by ChatDeal and let off our luggage from Turkey to Greece!! When contacted by this prior to our departure, I was informed it was my fault...I had to pay for checked bags, in middle of our trip! Turkish Airlines is not to blame for my distain of the ChatDeal interaction. COMPLETELY UNSAT!!

I found it okay. Did not think the food was that great. And the service could have been better. Seat was a little cramped. Delay getting to Istanbul made me rush all the way across the airport to get to the connection. This was a not good experience.

Leaving on time would have been a good start . Sat in plane while they cleaned around us . We got to Turkey raced to our next flight to see plane sitting at the gate 5 minutes before departure time to be told “ plane is gone “ while obviously it wasn’t . Showed them time on my phone before departure. Then “ gate is closed “ . Then he said “Instead of talking to me you need to go talk to someone else to get another flight “ . We booked business class no service waited in line to have to rebook same flight day later. Offered hotel room but wait for a bus to heard us to what I’m sure would have been cheap hotel. Opted for private cab and decent hotel at our own expense. Bad service at ever turn . NEVER TURKISH AIRLINES AGAIN !

I requested a special meal (kosher) several months ahead of the flight . It was listed on the Turkish air website that I had a kosher meal. In-flight, there was no kosher meal. I was not able to eat during the nearly 8-hour flight. There also was no kosher meal on the second leg of the trip. The flight attendants said there was nothing they could do. They had no idea why the kosher meal was not provided. Very bad meal service.
