Captain and Crew were excellent. The Boeing 737-800 was showing its age. In flight entertainment system was sluggish and my Business Class seat on the outbound flight had some mechanical issues. Only real problem was the location of the Gate in Panama PTY. It was a 40 minute hike from Security to the Gate. There should have been some sort of warning about the distance.

This was my first time flying Copa but I'll definitely be back! Great service, professional agents, and delicious food for a fair price. Thanks for a great trip!

As usual, the flight with normal legroom was not very comfortable, but the second flight was much better because we had paid for extra legroom. It was very nice to check our bags without an extra fee.

It was wonderful upgrading to first. Plane was so cold thou. Crew was great. Wish there was a food option in first for such a long flight. Doesnt matter the time of day. Chintzy.
Delay. Flight was delayed in Washington.knew that connection was impossible as not enough time to switch terminals. The steward would not let me stay the night. So forced to Dallas.late night, after 10pm.hotel checkin was one hour. Passengers lined up only one girl to checkin at comfort inn. No food availability at that time. Had to leave early at 6:30 am to catch a flight at 8:45. Stressfull.
Horrible costumer service i was treated very bad the crew were rude 😟 didn’t get my wheelchair that I requested I was the last one the get in because no seat was assigned and after my 2 stroke I cannot be on my feet for too long but they didn’t care didn’t take my medicine on time because all the complications and delays when my bag was sent already I hope yall can train your crew better.
The flight landed at LAX we were then bussed to collect our bags. That process took nearly as long as the flight. Luckily we weren't in a hurry!
Flight was 2 1/2 hours late and information at the gate was inaccurate and inconsistent with online data.
Crowed but safe flight and arrived at my destination on time
Standby for us - as travelers with mobility issues - was inefficient and not responsive to our needs. Crew seemed disinterested and disaffected - just going through the necessary motions. Food snack (chicken wrap) was awful to the point of wrenching it up a few hours later.
Japan Airlines was one the best flying experiences I have had.
At 11 pm, we were notified that our 6 am departure would be postponed until 7:28 am. Upon arrival at the terminal, this became 8:30 am. Additional deicing and atc delays, while beyond the control of the crew, had us running like maniacs through the DFW terminal where we made our international connection with literally minutes to spare. The utter incompetence and carelessness of Mesa Airlines almost ruined the beginning of our trip we had planned and booked many months in advance. We will absolutely avoid using them in the future at all cost.
Our 9:00 pm flight was cancelled on our way too the airport!!! No reason was given too us!!! So stressful!!! I couldn’t believe it!!! Thank goodness we arrived 6 hours ahead of time. We were able too get on an earlier flight. Than everything was great!!
