landed in panama it was in terminal one. We had to take a bus to terminal two for customs. Then back to terminal one. It was very frustrating. Then, on the way back from panama it was the same situation. We had to go back and forth between terminals to check in and drop our bags and then to board. When we were leaving, we had to wait in line for the boarding area and go through another gate security process. They told the bottles of water and coffee were bought while in line in the airport after we passed the main security. Ridiculous (and expensive). A much better communication system is needed.

Horrible experience from start to end. Copa costumer service is non existent. They treat you bad. Everybody tells you different information. We didn’t received our luggage in the 1 day stop we did even we they said if was not going to be a problem. They didn’t respect the seats that we had and spread our family leaving in between of two big people who didn’t leave any space for me and crush me from side to side. I’ll never recommend Copa to anybody.

I liked the friendliness of the crew and comfortable flight. All good.

Average - flew with Jet Blue internal and it was far more comfortable and better food and entertainment. Notable difference

The return trip was a customer service disaster. American Airlines needs an overhaul of how they treat their customers.

Delayed flight, few announcements with information, no comps, cluster f boarding because zones weren’t spread out and announced loud and repeatedly, staff did their job -nothing more nothing less, annoying kids were speaking and kicking the heck out of the back of my seat and parents weren’t willing to parent… so another typical day of air travel in the US.,

IT NEVER LEFT! We were supposed to leave at 5:03 on March 23rd. We were delayed an hour, boarded the plane, delayed again because of rocket launches in Miami, then we were informed that our pilots "timed out" and the flight was cancelled. We were de-boarded and had to find emergency accommodations at this understaffed, un-airconditioned, nightmare of an airport. We were notified that the flight would leave at 9am on Sunday the 24th, when we arrived it was delayed to 12:15pm, we waited in line for over 1.50 to get checked in, during that time it was delayed again to 2pm, then an hour later it was delayed to 3pm, then 5pm, then 6pm, then 7pm. We were told it was pilot timing issues, then rockets, then plane parts, then a mechanic, then weather, then we stopped receiving any excuses at all. There were two flights with almost identical flight numbers 879 and 879P, the AA staff at the airport told half of of us that 879P was cancelled, but apparently it was 879 that was cancelled. They held us in this overcrowded, unairconditioned airport, with no working outlets, and no wifi, for over 8 hours on Sunday. We had to demand our luggage be removed from the plane. For a second night we had to find accommodations. We ended up at a resort that cost over $2000 a night just to find sufficient room for our family. We booked a Delta flight for Monday morning and finally got back stateside with ZERO issues. We're working on getting reimbursement for our expenses which total over $6,000 for the two nights of being stuck there and having to book another airline last minute. IT WAS A NIGHTMARE.

The flight attendants were excellent. They were Japanese obviously. They helped my wife navigate the controls for the seat. The lunch setup was wonderful. They were always walking up and down the aisles to be sure there were no problems.

Being back games on the in-flight entertainment. Also your flight attendants need a break, raise, or overall attitude adjustment.

Always getting updates by email very easy to check in on line. There was plenty of checking in staff to get you all through. It was nice that the flight attendants took time to talk to you and were interested in your holiday.

just overall disappointing, not a treat to travel these days....paying for Main Cabin Extra was not worth it.

Delayed, missed connecting flight, ground crew double charged for international charges, were super rude and told me to just”deal with it” when I complained. Horrible airline, very frustrating.

Having issues traveling with AA for last two years, became a huge gamble

The boarding attendant was slightly rude when I asked about checking our stroller. Made me feel like I was bothering her.

Not much seat room, but that was unexpected. But the seat headrest was very uncomfortable.

One hour late taking off. Concerning, very hard landing. Uncomfortable seats with no recline. Extremely slow baggage claim. Very professional, knowledgeable flight attendants. Brand new, very clean plane.

Early departure and arrival. Cabin very cold. Waited a while for luggage to come out

They didn’t let me get my boarding pass through the app because I have a lap infant. The ticket said to see a gate agent but there was no gate agent available. I was supposed to go to the kiosk. Ended up missing my flight and they said that I never checked in to my flight so there was nothing that could be done. I will never fly spirit again. Not even worth the hassle and poor customer service.

Flight left an hour late because the biometric scanner for check in broke. Instead of checking in people in a traditional way they waited to bring in a new biometric scanner and thus we waited on the plane for an hour while they checked in the rest of the people.

Crew was very professional and friendly. An A for customer service. Had to wait over forty minutes at the carousel each leg for my luggage. After landing in Atlanta it seems they lost our luggage so we had to wait, very tired and hungry. Mothers were on the flight with months old babies sitting in the airport floor waiting. A very bad experience for my first use of the airline. Had it not being for the horrible carousel incident, it would have been pleasant. Comfort was okay, got what I paid for. You have to pay for everything. Looking forward to the cost to use the restroom next.

The flight and the crew was good. I was surprised that you had to pay for a snack and drink But overall everything was fine. Thank you for getting us here safely

Every thing was fine ,low price,easy on time ,clean, good staff, really no issues

Flight was canceled and rebooked for the next day. Had to cancel the entire vacation.
