Copa performed as expected for the amount of money I was willing to spend for the flight; it wasn’t exceptional but it was not bad in any way either. The crew was good; friendly and straightforward. The food was airplane food, so no expectations there and the entertainment was lacking but that was my fault for owning an IPhone with a charging port that’s not compatible with the rest of the world. I’d fly Copa again.

Very good, despite we had a delay because of some problems at the airport.

Left my bags in origin city on a business class ticket , spent about 2-3 days in the same clothes plus the flight .

Finalmente me envían a las carreras con Avianca, pero Copa lleva mis maletas hasta Panama y luego las devuelve a mi aeropuerto de origen, dejandome sin mis pertenencias y además no asumen la responsabilidad ya que dicen que es problema de Avianca Literalmente vi cuando el avión de Copa se lleva mis maletas, sus funcionarios en Bogota, incluyendo la gerente local me aseguran la entrega en Miami, pero simplemente era para poder engañarme y dar el cambio de silla por sobreventa

the planes are not modern there are no phone chargers

As usual, the flight with normal legroom was not very comfortable, but the second flight was much better because we had paid for extra legroom. It was very nice to check our bags without an extra fee.

other than a slight delay in takeoff from Panama , the flights were excellent ..... we will continue to use Copa whenever possible for flights to and from Central and South America ....

Food options were limited which is absolutely embarrassing for a Flight of this size The staff did not come around as much and I am not accustomed to such poor service from American Airlines Drinks I believe were limited to soda and water

The flight was excellent, provided that we had inclement weather. We departed earlier than scheduled and arrived early. There was a little turbulence, but nothing to be worried about.

Standby for us - as travelers with mobility issues - was inefficient and not responsive to our needs. Crew seemed disinterested and disaffected - just going through the necessary motions. Food snack (chicken wrap) was awful to the point of wrenching it up a few hours later.

Did not get to Ontario yet. Sitting on tarmac for 2 plus hours.

5 hours delay at departure was going to miss the connection to Tokyo in Chicago and no other flight that day

My luggage was lost during this connecting flight for nearly my ENTIRE 2 week stay in europe, this issue no doubt instigated by my original flight being delayed 6hrs I did not pack my "personal item" with anything of consequence, I had to buy CLOTHES & TOILETRIES TO LAST ME 2 WEEKS
