Plane took off without me, my stepdad and a dozen other passengers. It went from an hour delay to boarding in 15 montures without notifying anyone. Names were not called overhead. Now I’m missing a day of work and stuck in Charolette overnight paying for a hotel and Ubers out of pocket

Let me start by saying our connecting flight was cancelled for a maintenance issue but American airlines blamed it on the weather. When rebooking my flight the lady said it was because of maintenance. Our incoming flight wasn't delayed at that time. So we could fly into bad weather but not fly out of bad weather??? Doesn't seem realistic to me. Then our incoming flight was delayed 3 different times. No meal vouchers for lunch or dinner. Just to be on the hottest plane I have ever been on and they didn't serve water or snacks. Never again! Take this warning do not fly AA ever. There are over 3,000 people at the Miami airport due to 27 cancellations. The flight attendants and pilots should be fired.

The usual wait at Columbus once you land to get to an open gate (20 minutes) and then the usual 30 minutes for your luggage to appear.

We liked quick boarding and on time departure. Seats were very uncomfortable.

Flight was delayed two hours due to crew-scheduling issues.

Horrible costumer service i was treated very bad the crew were rude 😟 didn’t get my wheelchair that I requested I was the last one the get in because no seat was assigned and after my 2 stroke I cannot be on my feet for too long but they didn’t care didn’t take my medicine on time because all the complications and delays when my bag was sent already I hope yall can train your crew better.

Crowed but safe flight and arrived at my destination on time

I got overhead space as I was worried since I was in the second to last boarding group. More snacks and options for my 5 plus hours flight.

Service from the flight attendants. To many hours unattended during the flight.

Some of the crew members were not very friendly. AA gave us seats that were not next to each other despite the fact that we were traveling with a one year old baby. The flight went well overall but these small things were not easy to navigate.

Delay flight more than 8hours waiting and poor customer service!

Plane was extremely small so mind the size of your carry on

They don’t keep you updated on the flight status very well. It was late but nothing said

Pros: "Nothing!!! Horrible airline with horrible staff members."

Cons: "Everything. The staff and crew of Intercaribbean airlines are very unprofessional and not helpful at all. On top of the flight delays all the luggage for that particular flight was left in Kingston. Everybody was rather nonchalant and unapologetic about the situation. I was told I would get the the following day. The next day only two of my three bags showed up. I was not compensated for the inconvenience and was told point blank that they will only deliver one of my bags to my address even though they were the reason I had NONE of my luggage in the first place. They are disgusting!!! I would never recommend this airline to anyone."

Cons: "There was no air. I understand when you are on the ground it can be limited but even after getting to altitude there was no air conditioning."

Cons: "The flight was delayed for over three hours, apparently it is a regular occurence."

Pros: "almost nothing"

Cons: "The plane had a problem that forced us to turn around right after take off and as of this writing we still don’t know what’s going on or how long we are stuck here. Planes are old and apparently maintenance could be better."

Cons: "Was a bit difficult understanding the flight attendant, she had a thick Spanish accent"
