The flight attendants were superb and the service was outstanding. Some passengers with small children were very rude and inconsiderate, kids were constantly crying and some were running around the aisle unsupervised.

Our flight from Frankfurt to Newark was diverted to Boston. Lufthansa just dumped an entire 747 plane full of passengers in Boston with no support. No help with hotels, and telling us we would have to find our own way back to Newark or to our final destination. What a complete mess. The Lufthansa agent at the Boston airport would not help, nor would any Lufthansa agent via phone. Soooo angry!!!
I really like it and travel to Europe and back with Lufthansa, but it is getting expensive, a bit beyond my me

Staff was nice. Plane was new and clean. The food/sandwich was horrible. Absolutely disgusting for a four hour flight. I’d rather not get anything.
Seats on the A320 were more comfortable than the A330 I took from RSW to Frankfurt
Flight was over 2 hours late due to a technical issue with a cockpit door not closing and the plane had to be cleaned again that cut into the departure time.
Not available crew to load the luggage for all the passengers,comon situation for local European destinations , not acceptable situation, never Lufthansa again 😉 🙄
The whole experience reinforced everything I don't like about flying. There were some good parts. I missed my flight due to not enough passport control stations. The service at the Lufthansa Customer Service center to get me on another flight was excellent. However, the gate for that flight changed several times. When I finally got to the last gate and wanted to check with the Lufthansa crew at the gate as there were no signs on the video monitors, she abruptly told me she needed her time right now. Also, as a result of changing the gates I ended up losing my very expensive, high quality winter hat. That was the worst part of an ugly travel day.
I purchased a tickket with Lufthansa but "operated by" United Airlines. At the airport United staff were unable to help me select a seat on the portion of the flight actually run by Lufthansa. Nor was I able to check in over the web, possibly to self-select my seat. The link given in the check in email claimed my flight record locator ID was invalid.
