Excellent meal served with real utensils, cardboard served hot meals instead of plastic utensils and plastic covers. Quick service, friendly and accommodating stewards.

I commend the flight attendants on our SFO-SIN flight who went above and beyond to provide us with extra snacks and food. This type of service makes the flight experience personal and awesome.

They made me check my carry on even though there was room We un boarded in a strange way but overall it was good

The premium economy seats were not that great. It could have been more premium than economy seats.

A pc of cake or biscuit at least. The airport was like a maze need to take another bus to the main terminal to immigration.

They close their counter so early. I had internet issues so I couldn’t check In online . I would have made the flight but their counter was closed 5 minutes before we arrived. No way of contacting them even though I had the confirmation number and tried to check in the night before on someone else’s phone. I tried calling their customer service with no pick up. Horrible experience, I’m very unhappy with them. I hope to never fly with them ever again. It costed me almost $900.

Transfer within the same terminal and lots of facilities at the airport.

Due to the delay of my first flight, my connecting flight with JetBlue was canceled by Singapore Airlines, but the JetBlue crew was very accommodating and rebooked a seat for me. The crew was very nice and had good attitude.

Due to very heavy rain in Jakarta which caused bad floods on the highways the captain kindly delayed the departure to allow many passengers to reach the plane with almost 2 hours delay. Otherwise the flight was smooth and uneventful. I was disappointed that given the long delays the passengers were not even treated to a free bottle of water. I had to buy a packet of salted peanuts and bottle of water since I missed lunch.

Compared with other LCC, Air Asia is a lot better

AirAsia is running a bait scam by listing a lot of flights to get as much booking as possible but ending up merging the flights to fill the seat. They will change the schedule as much as they would like. Just beware when booking their flights and if you are tight on schedule. Prepare to be disappointed.

We had an emergency seat to more comfortable and more leg room. It was good for a budget airline

Liked the food. It’s was delicious! The cleanliness was average.. we saw dried liquid stains on the seat head in front. The flight was delayed. My experience with other airlines is that the flight crew usually announces an apology for the delay . Maybe air Asia doesn’t deem it necessary.. In summary the only positive that stood out was the food.

My flight got cancelled 7 days before departure, the the replacement flight was cancelled again and I was not notified, but found out during check in.

Delayed by 2 plus hours and utter chaos at the boarding gate. Boarding gate changed twice. People were stuck at the boarding gate with no access to food water or medicine.

The seats are not great and there is no entertainment. However, it is a discount line, the people are great, check in was easy, the food options were decent and inexpensive, the flight was on time, and we arrived safely. No complaints for the cost. Would fly again!

The flight delay... but bus from the airport be on time

Bad experience, delay like no tomorrow. Original schedule departure time at 9:30pm, delayed until 12:05am only depart.

Great. Very satisfied with a direct flight from Penang back to HK international. Stewards in the cabin were very friendly and helpful. Would not hesitate to fly with Air Asia in the future.

Second time flying on AirAsia. They’re fine for a low cost carrier, so I don’t expect high level hospitality. They could have informed us that the flight would be delayed even if by a few minutes, instead of the passengers asking the gate agents why we’re not boarding 8 minutes before takeoff. And given some of the passengers on this particular flight were problematic, the crew did great handling such people.

Meh, it was AirAsia. It's not about a quality.

They didn't have a single blanket for hire for a long haul overnight flight. This wasn't good enough even for a budget airline

Kayak shares with you the best price! and in my case it was Air Asia flight. Air Asia flight was on time, the boarding was seamless with FACES technology at KLIA2 and the pilot made a great smooth landing upon arrival. Excellent trip!

I left the city late and fortunately the flight was also delayed 50mins

Air Asia’s standard has dropped tremendously post pandemic. The whole organisation feels ‘soul-less’
