The food from Lagos to Amsterdam was was very poor compared to AMS-YYZ

The flight was again delayed for more then 2 hours with some lousy explanation regarding the reason of the delay. Although the flight was delayed for more than 2 hours, no refreshments were offered (according to EU regulations). Last 4 flights on KLM - always at least 2 hrs late. So be prepared that you cannot plan anything with KLM.

Seats are fair enough for medium tall people. Good food all the trip. Fight attendances are warm

Overall a good experience. We were disappointed when we had to check our carry on due to the plane being full. KLM hadn’t notified us and we had valuable items in the carry on but they still made us check it. Some of the food was great and some was mediocre. Crew is really kind and funny.

It was nice to be on a legacy airline, people try at least.

Mostly fine. Minor delays departing and arriving. Quite a cramped plane, not so much as regards legroom but very narrow seats. Quiet nice food. Non-working USB charger. Flight attendants were helpful but not particularly proactive — one had to work to get their attention (but all was fine once they notice you), very Dutch style:)

The flight itself it was great nice food the crew were very nice and helpful, Checking in from Birmingham wasn't great long queues for bag dropped, And I had my hand luggage case taken away from me even though I requested to have it with me as I had breakables items. I was told I can not because of the length of the flight with no explanation at all no options was given for me to take my fragile items out of my case it was taken away with hold buggage I find the staff member who was checking me in very unpleasant !! Can we please be advise if the rules have changed about the the carry on hand luggage it will be easier to be advise on booking your tickect if we not allowed to take the hand luggage with me. Overall I had a good flight .

The plane was clean and the staff was friendly. Food and drinks as expected on international flights. The entertainment system was old style, with a pullout controller, and selections not as extensive as on other flights.

Amazing KLM service and brilliant economy comfort seats. Well worth the extra.

The boarding was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. The fault lays on Ohare Airport and not so much the airline. The waiting area by the gate was the size to accommodate a regional flight for 20-30 people and right next to a busy walkway. When you cramped nearly 300 passengers into that space is was unbearable.

TAM is a real disappointment. We had to jump on a crowded bus for a 6am flight - although there were at least 15 available fingers that could have been used by our plane. Then, we were placed on row 30 - the last row of the plane, despite having purchased the tickets a long time ago and being TAM gold plus members. Note: worse seats on the plane. Great way of rewarding your frequent flyers TAM ! I now remember why I stoped flying internationally with TAM and moved to American, United, Swiss, Lufthansa and BA. TAM has no respect for its customers.

They offered food. The crew passed by again offering water. I enjoyed the two seating section. I think is very comfortable instead of the three seat way, unless you seat in the middle; which it's not bad, but I wouldn't prefer. All and all, I think the lay out of the seating rows are better than other airlines so far( I haven't tried many anyways). The lay out makes the getting in and out to use the restroom less uncomfortable and cramped. First time flying with Latam. I will fly with them again

Everything was as you would expect in coach - fine. Flight was close to on time.

the flight from Boston to Curitiba was on time actually 30 minutes earlier. latam was not able to unload the luggage for custom checkup in Sao Paulo ii took two and half hours . i missed the flight to Curitiba spend the night in hotel and then flying in the morning to Curitiba

Very bad. Boarding was a caos and pick up luggage took more than an hour. There was no entertainment on board.

La aeronave estaba averiada, 4 horas adentro con diferentes problemas técnicos pero igual querían volar.

They are a mess. It appears they hired a third party to staff their check in desk and simply did not train them. I will avoid flying with them in the future. It took 50 minutes for them to check in 3 parties on front of us. On the way back. It took just under one hour for our luggage to show up...

Alimentação mto escassa. Pelo menos deveria dar a opção de comprar e o Wi-Fi pago.

A Gol precisa aprender comfazer desembarque. Está anos luz atrás em organização. Os comissários são muito atrapalhados.

Os passageiros ainda não estão habituados a respeitar o embarque por grupos, que é a melhor maneira de embarque, na minha opinião. Então faltou pulso para impor a regra de embarque e desembarque às pessoas.

Kiwi service was terrible they actually didnt make the reservation and their system showed that the reservation eas complete so I had to buy a ticket in the front desk at the moment at and exorbitant price.

A Gol melhorou muito desde a última viagem que fiz, muito bom, aeronaves bem conservadas, tripulação cordial. Gostei.

Online checkin - a mess, unable to do… At airport - terrible, only one agent for priority checkin.long wait for the line of folks..

I thought Miami's airport was very disorganized during the Boarding.

Very efficient boarding - other airlines could learn from them. Friendly, efficient crew. Red eye flight, so dinner meal was irrelevant. Breakfast could have been more substantial. Seats reasonably comfy.

Flight was 2+ hrs late boarding. Delay updates were nonexistent. Boarding Gate change was by word of mouth.

The airline made last minute changes to our business class seats splitting our family of 4 with young children who had pre-booked a row of 4 seats. The seat was also dirty and sticky. Our pre-ordered child meals were also not available. :(

I wish to bring to your attention an incident involving a flight attendant that occurred on my recent journey. The attendant displayed a lack of courtesy, which was concerning. For instance, after accidentally spilling water on a passenger, the attendant dismissed the situation rather than offering a proper apology. Additionally, when I handed over my trash, the attendant reacted negatively because I placed a paper cup on the tray, she told me this doesn't go here and threw it back on my table. It was apparent that she was experiencing a challenging day, which unfortunately impacted the service provided to myself and other passengers. While I understand that everyone can have an off day, it is essential for customer-facing staff to seek support to manage personal stress without it affecting their professional responsibilities.

Perfect although it took an hour to board the plane but other than that it was great

O comissário não nos serviu bebida no jantar. Quando voltou somente serviu água.

Cobrar por escolher assento em voos longos é desumano e um tanto quanto covarde, pois já vamos passar horas sentados. O banheiro não tinha papel e estava bem sujo. O avião era um modelo novo emlderno. O entretenimento muito bom com filmes modernos e a refeição estava muito boa. Vôo atrasou demais.

Of course food only if you pay and no entertainment. As always with TAP they collected hand luggage and you must check in. This happens mostly with TAP and is not acceptable because others are having three pieces or more. TAP should be consequent and collect hand luggage only from those who have more than one piece.

Overall good, the gluten free food is very hit/miss though and you must tell them you have an allergy days in advance.

Everything was great - but then had to wait one hour for my luggage in Verona…

I didn’t get to London or Amsterdam. They lost my connection flight . I was stuck in Madrid and they rerouted my flight to Austria where my son had to come and pick me up. To get to my destination and they lost my luggage and they’ve told me they can not find it very poor service so have no word for what happened

Yogurt only for the last meal was not what I could eat. choice of a croissant or other item would be preferred. It's a busy time, though, so i understand.

It was good… always SO many people… I realize that’s how they make money but wow!

Terrible seats. Cabin crew were the only good part of my BA experience.

Crew was attentive and friendly. Plane was comfortable. Bathroom was not very clean, but that is to be expected.

You lost my luggage on the trip to Dublin and again on the way back, still waiting on luggage.

The food was horrible. Everyone had gas right after eating that resulted in lines at the bathroom. There were also screaming kids everywhere (probably at least 6 in economy). It did not result in comfort. There should be dedicated play areas to help keep them entertained. We felt bad for the parents.

BA once again made it even worse. Crew arrived almost 1 hour late delaying the flight, food (in Business / Club) was simply horrible and our luggages were lost. It is just amazing the effort made by BA to irritate and make the life of its frequent flyers miserable ! Congrats BA !
