Find cheap flights from San Juan to New Orleans

Our flight was delayed two hours. We nearly missed our connecting flight and had to rush across the airport with little kids and all their luggage. They didn’t give us enough time to walk from one gate to the other, then when we got on, we waited another half hour while the crew loaded cargo. It seems like they could have given passengers more time if they had cargo to load anyway.

Check in easy, price very good, no frills flying tho! Pay for Every item once seat is paid for so do the math with baggage fees and carry on fees.

You get what you pay for. I did and was pleased.

There are additional charges for everything including water. If you are unwilling to pay additional charges you are afforded no comfort at all. Seats are smaller than other airlines and do not recline. Schedule changes appear to be customary because you encounter them on departure and return.

They're terrible. 3 to 4 hours delayed. Also they don't even offer you water in the flight. You have to purchase everything. The seats are so uncomfortable. Never again will flight with them.

The purpose of Spirit is to get you where you are going with no fluff, bells or whistles. It’s literally a well built, great engine, tuna can. I can’t complain about the flight as the price more than outweighs any complaints anyone could ever have but it’s not the most comfortable ride in the world. I have always felt safe on board and the take off and landing are always incredible. Some free water on board would be nice at least.

Amazed that Spirit can even get planes in the air, would never use again.

There is no entertainment, the food chiices are expensive and the flight crew spike with condescending tones in their voices.

I paid a couple hundred for a small cabin bag which is more expensive than the flight. There was no drink or snack offer - not even a water.
