Worst ever. No assistance and communication from Emirates crew. No visibility of when the flight is flying. Couldn’t understand if we can go to lounge to take rest. Emirates system at a certain point said flight is not operating and suggested to take the next flight and in few minutes it suddenly opened the gate for boarding. unsupportive and rude crew. Worst experience ever. Flight was delayed by 5 hours so need the compensation for that.

Food is really bad, not to the Emirates standards. Coming out of Houston airport is very confusing,

Service needs to improve. Air hostess do not register flyers request and we need to keep on repeating our request to them on multiple occasions

The experience was not as pleasant returning as leaving. Went through clearance twice, crew was not as customer focused.

I was traveling business purposes and I only had one carry on and a personal computer back pack . My carry on was 8.5 kg little more than allowable. At jfk airport check in they did not let me carry it . I was little disappointed.

Superb experience. I hope they bring back the fast track option at Heathrow immigration.

Inexperienced e crew, no personal greeting for gold member, not the same emirates service that I know. I take this flight almost weekly

The amenities offered in the Business class is far away less compared with other Air Companies. Emirates is going down in the competition pricing the same value as Qatar airways for example.

Not good. Expected a lot more as far as excellence.

It was a long flight but overall a good one. The one thing that I would comment on is that there is a real problem with disposable plastic products when it comes to the meal service. It would be great for Qatar Airways to find ways to make its meal service more circular and reduce the immense amount of waste.

To many ads. 3 or 4 between each movie. All repetitive, all related to Doha which I was just passing thru.

The crew was great and the food and liquor offerings were good. Seats were a bit cramped. Flight arrived early at destination. That's a plus.

No separate queue for business class/platinum passengers. I had to stay in the long queue to board. I requested breakfast before landing, but the crew didn't offer, except a coffee with milk. No tea with milk was available. Had asked for cookies, but didn't receive them. The crew in the business class was not good in terms of service..

I didn't understand why I got dropped off at departures on exiting the plane at Doha aiport. I had to find my own way to immigration/baggage reclaim which wasn't easy as staff in the departure section just tell you ti scan your boarding pass. This was very poor b qatar Airways. I spent 2 hours soyung this out and once I got to get my suitcase it was delayed. So instead of getting to the hotel at about midnight I got there at three in the morning. I wonder why I upgraded to business?

There was no phone charger, uncomfortable seats, unprofessional flight attendants, didn’t like food

This was a really enjoyable flight. Even though I was in economy, I had a great deal of leg space, I had a nice meal, and the flight staff was helpful and friendly. A really great flight.

The seats are extremely small and very uncomfortable for a long trip , no space to even move the legs or keep the legs little bit folded, very uncomfortable

Nothing really was great as such. Seen other no name airlines perform better.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent flight experience I had with your airline. This has been one of the worst travel experiences I have ever encountered, and I feel compelled to bring it to your attention. Firstly, I missed my flight due to what I perceive to be a lack of clear communication and coordination on the part of your staff. There was no remorse or apology from the airline's representatives, which further exacerbated the situation. As a result of missing my flight, I was subjected to a 24-hour delay at the airport, where I had to spend a significant amount of money to rent a hotel room and cover other incidental expenses. Additionally, since my baggage was already checked in from Tanzania to Turkey, I had to purchase essential items for the 24-hour period. What truly dismayed me, however, was the discourteous and unprofessional attitude of your staff. Their lack of empathy and understanding only added to the stress and inconvenience of the situation. I have been traveling abroad for over 20 years, and I can confidently say that this experience has been the worst I have ever encountered. As a result, I am compelled to reconsider ever using your airline again for future travel. I strongly urge you to address the issues I have raised and take immediate steps to rectify the situation. Additionally, I expect a formal apology and a refund for the expenses I incurred due to the airline's negligence.

Flight attendants were harsh, food could be better, took way too long to pick up food trays, were stuck with the crying babies the entire to and from trip. Restrictions of 8 kg for cabin luggage is ridiculous that’s barely 2 pairs of pants, shirts, shoes. There shouldn’t be any restrictions on the carry on luggage size except the checked in luggage. Attendants don’t even help with putting luggage in cabin space. Attendant picked up food tray and spilled cherry juice all over my husband and has the nerve to come back to ask why he hadn’t changed his clothes.

My whole body was paining after such long flight. Seats are small. Leg space is too small. Food is good.
