Find cheap flights from Zurich to San Juan

Last minute gate change nearly caused us to miss our flight. Change was not announced or displayed in the main board at the old gate. Terrible communication. When we landed we had to wait 20 minutes because there was another plane at the assigned gate. Not the crew’s fault, but adding 20 minutes to a 45 minute flight sucked.

No snacks served! Seating in the kast row in uncomfortable.

Poor. 3 hours on the tarmac waiting for maintenance. We’re told numerous times it will be 10 minutes. Once going tv was blurry. Seat cramped. Not good at all. Missed an important meeting as a result.

On time - really well operated flight. Friendly staff. Super impressed with United on this round trip.

Flight was absolutely sold out, so that just makes the crews job that much tougher. I will say people (customers) are behaving better over the last year.

Sitting in 1A I can honestly say, that being a first class seat the leg room is sub par. The crew was attentive and friendly. Food was a a cheeseburger with fries. Fries on an airplane came as expected: no very crispy 😉

I was very fortunate it was not a full flight , so I had 3 seats to myself. Absolute bliss. Food very good. Except dinner desert was a sugar bomb. Can you provide yoghurt or some healthier dinner desert. Thankyou

How they treated my luggage was horrible. And foods are not edible… Flight attendants were not listening my request. Etc

My wallet fell out of my pocket ( my fault). Staff claimed they looked while cleaning. Said they didn't find it, but was actually found in Washington DC on the plane. Which mean either they didn't look or don't do a good job of cleaning. Now I have to pay 27 dollars to get it shipped back and have no wallet for my entire vacation

United Premium Plus or Premium Economy was almost twice the price as regular Economy, but the value is much worse. The seat is a bit wider and more comfortable. but not by much. The food was not good, felt like cheap fast foods on a little bit of silverware. The flight attendance service was the worse, not much attention to passenger, no helping of any kind. All in all, United Premium Plus is not worth its price, and was much worse than its Asian or Europe counter parts.

The flight was scheduled to depart DCA at 12:30 pm but was delayed twice on the ground so that we were finally scheduled to depart at around 4:00 pm. Once we boarded, it was announced that takeoff would be delayed again to fix a hydraulic problem which delayed our eventual takeoff until around 5:00 pm. Once we departed, it was a smooth flight back to ORD. We did not get any explanation about what caused the original significant delay. In my experience, this happens frequently with AA.

Great flight. Boarding was efficient and quick. On time departure and smooth flight. Flight arrived early at destination. Good experience.

A much better flight than our previous. The flight attendant took care of us and regularly checked in to see if we needed anything. Brought us drinks prior to the departure and then a couple more times. Totally makes the difference in how you travel when the crew is checking on their passengers. Great job on this leg of our trip.

Very disappointed with the crew and the lack of attention given to the passengers. On a 5 hour flight they never offered a snack. One time offered a beverage and didn’t pick up the used cups until the flight was on final approach. The two flight attendants in our section mentioned that they were best friends and compared their pre flight shoes. When paying for first/business class there is a level of service that should be expected. These two spent the majority of the flight in their seats playing on their phones and laughing with each other. Very frustrating!!!

Need more agents to expedite check in process. Selection of movies needs to be updated to more current releases. Meal options did not reflect the route of flight; there should not be products made in the UK (bagged potato chips and mini cheese cakes) served on flights from ZRH to PHL. Business class napkins are made in China (why not USA???!!!). American Airlines should have a customer service representative greet flight in PHL. Overall, the hospitality provided on board was basic and not "above and beyond", especially for business class travelers.

Great service, on time, professional experience. Great landing under challenging crosswind conditions at BWI. I made my connection in Charlotte despite the plane getting stuck finding a gate to park in on arrival. The only glitch -- the Airbus 320 from CLT to BWI was quite comfortable, but the larger 321 from Logan to Charlotte had minimal leg/knee room. I get that it's a high volume route but dang, couldn't even open my laptop it was so tight
