Pros (+) The staff is very nice. I enjoyed staying there until I found the bug, and I am very disappointed that they have not had to courtesy to call me with the information as to whether or not it was a bed bug.
Cons (-) We found a bug and turned it into the desk to see if it was a bed bug, which we think it was. I was told I would get a phone call telling me what the exterminator said. It is now 2 1/2 days later. Since I had not received a phone call, I called the motel. I was told that the manager did not come to work today, but she had my information on her desk.
