Stayed here one night while heading north to drive through the Avenue of the Giants. Location was very convenient, walking distance to everything in town. The large room was a welcome comfort after a long day of traveling. The bed was great. Our room over looked the pool. We did hope to use the hottub but it was out of service during our stay. Pros (+) The bathroom was spacious and updated
Cons (-) The bed was abysmal. The box spring was gone so the mattress was very low. The mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable and near to the ground so the headboard and nightstands were too high. Overpriced tourist trap poor quality experience for $150.00

Pros (+) The housekeeping staff and the serving staff in the Garden Room were WONDERFUL. The housekeepers let me know my reservation had been screwed up.
Cons (-) The Wi-Fi password kept changing. Our Keys worked off and on, even after keeping them in the key envelope and away from our credit card and phones. The desk staff was unaware that I was waiting in the lobby while one of the clerks bad mouthed my mother.
