10.0 Excellent
Pros: Gym and Spa was excellent. Obviously easy for plane flights just a gentle stroll, but it worked well for an event in central London also. Caught the last Heathrow Express train at 11.25 in my room by 11.55.
6.0 Good
Pros: The room, the bed and the bathroom were all comfortable and to expectations.
Cons: We had flown in from Hong Kong and were transiting overnight at Heathrow with an 8.20am departure the next morning. After check in at approximately 7.15pm, we stopped by the restaurant to make a dinner reservation for 7.45pm. Even though we could see that the restaurant has many empty tables, we were curtly advised by the restaurant staff that the earliest we could book would be 8.30pm. Given we were traveling with young children and we were all tired after our flights, we elected to go for room service. We ordered room service of 2 burgers, 1 kids fish and chips and 1 kids chicken and chips at 7.45pm. We were advised to allow 40 minutes (for a meal that would take 10 minutes to prepare). After waiting 45 minutes, we called to enquire of the status of our meal. We were told it would be another 15 minutes. They hastily cooked our meal and it arrived at 8.50pm. The children were mostly asleep by this stage and we were no longer interested either. The Pinot Noir was undrinkable. Staff were apologetic. We were not charged for our dinner. The whole experience gave the impression that the hotel trades on its location as the only hotel located at terminal 5.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is clean with good facilities.
Cons: There is no natural air in the bedrooms.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very convenient for the airport, comfortable rooms.
Cons: There is only one elevator from the airport link down to the hotel. This was not working and all bags and skis had to be carried using the escalator.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location to T5, and travelled the day before my early flight so woke up rested before a long haul trip.
Cons: Thought the prices for food were high, so wandered over to T5 for a meal.

Cons: as before the shower still isnt fixed. tried to shower after working out at approx 9pm this was stone cold! went to bed cold due to shower, woke up through the night sweating as heating was clicking on making it very hot. tried to shower at approx 7.30am before work to find shower would switch between cold and scolding hot... making my skin sore and me late for work. only had continental breakfast but this was better then before and better organised. apart from shower cant really complain for the money
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very good comfort and quality for the price
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was spotless, bed huge and comfortable, shower lovely. Location was very quiet and I had a fab nights sleep. Hairdryer, flat screen tv,tea/coffee, iron and ironing board, and shower gel all in the room. Lots of plug/power sockets. If I’m being picky the wardrobe is very small. Otherwise I was very happy. Additional bonus when I asked for a wake up call they kindly called my mobile as no room phones. Warm welcome and bags carried to the room. Very smooth welcome and discharge process. Massive car park with plenty of parking. Took me 30 mins to walk to centre. I would/will stay here again. Highly recommend.
Cons: The wardrobe was a little small if I’m being really picky. Otherwise nothing.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were all lovely and went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. The room was clean, a little small but perfectly adequate. There was a very brief moment on arrival when the WiFi wasn't working but the lady who was there fixed it quickly and after that it worked like a dream. The breakfast was of good standard. Coffee wasn't the best but it was perfectly drinkable! The lack of any facility to order snacks or drinks is obviously an issue with any small hotel of its kind but I was able to plan for that and bring stuff back with me. I thought the staff did a fantastic job and I would recommend the Rye Court Hotel to anyone looking for a good value place to stay in High Wycombe.
Cons: It was fine really. :)
8.0 Excellent
Pros: We chose this hotel as it was near to where we had to be for an early morning appnt. We had a room at the back of the hotel which was away from the main road and very quite - not view but that did not matter at all. Great bathroom, we lovely shower. Very comfy bed. We were greeted by a lovely lady who took the trouble to take us to our room and made sure we were happy with everything.
Cons: No view at all from our window and noisy bathroom fan - but I am being ever so picky when I say this.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: staff very welcoming. fresh and seemed although may of had a referb
Cons: breakfast room smelt like grease, lack of staff just one lady who was always in the kitchen - have to search and find what you want from cupboards

5.8 Okay
Pros: It’s nice and clean. Great pool.
Cons: The internet was very slow.... too slow to watch iPlayer on the TV. Wanted to watch a BBC program. We asked the reception, told the engineer is coming to fix it. Waited two hours, from 4pm to 6pm and chased and chased while waiting, still no one showed up. No one ever showed up nor fix the tv during the entire stay!
5.0 Okay
Pros: Parking and bathroom
Cons: I have stayed at the Gerrards cross crown plaza on 4 From friendly and informative staff to good service and facilities. The last visit I had long waits from the start. Checking in long, bar waiting times long, Restaurant waiting times long. We will probably try another place next time. Also no jacuzzi and room layout and view worst we have had
4.0 Okay
Cons: Room was fine. I booked in advance and paid £37.00 for breakfast for 2 so I could get a full breakfast only to find that I could not eat in the restaurant and could not have a cooked breakfast. I was ushered into a lounge room where there was no hot water for tea (you had to use the coffee machine, but only part of that was working and it made the tea taste of coffee). I had to go to reception to ask for food as it was all gone, there were some pastries. I checked my reservation and at no point did it stipulate that I would get a different breakfast so this was criminal fir what we were given. I wasnt the only one complaining! Cost should have been £5 each not €18.50.
7.0 Good
Pros: Good breakfast
Cons: We were located terrible view room just seeing building back. With £149 we paid, it’s not worth. Later, after our complaint, the staff changed to a room which was for a person in groundfloor. Although he was trying to help but we were so disappointed especially this was our anniversary occasion.

Cons: Kwttle iverloaded and nearly.burnt me, there is draft and toilet flush keeps.leaking so i habe to attend to it
4.0 Okay
Pros: Breakfast staff were great, food was brilliant.
Cons: Asked for a cot, nothing in the room. Never did get one. No problem, absolutely no room for one. Could barely get round the bed. Carpet had not been hoovered, dirty. Jacuzzi broken, at pool. Got comments about children being at the pool by other guests. Not the hotels fault I know, but not nice either way. Changing room shower doors broken and silicone all black with mould. Left my iPad in the safe, took 30 hours and 2 calls before they could let me know it was there or not. Had to drive 3 hours back to get it. Not offered to send it or apology for not calling us back regarding it.

Pros: The staff is extremely helpful, the location is great and the rooms are very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent too.
Cons: The view of parking lot from our window.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was clean, nice, and the service was spectacular. A great way to end our trip to London.
Cons: If it was a bit closer to the city, we would have stayed the entire time. BUT getting us closer to Heathrow was why we stayed there, so I guess it served an even greater purpose.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful lobby, super nice staff, Awesome bar and both an Indian and steak and lobster restaurant at the hotel. Tons of outlets, including USB outlets for ease. Seems brand spanking new.
Cons: Nada
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel was a nice place to stay overnight before a flight. Free service available to Heathrow if you can take your stuff to bus stop up street.
Cons: Room next to mine in stairwell is a bit odd and made it feel a bit uncomfortable
6.0 Good
Pros: Gorgeous entry foyer
Cons: Room does not meet a 4 star level, in terms of quality, decor & size
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely hotel ideal for departing from Heathrow.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Early check-in, friendly staff
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The style and decor of the hotel is lovely. The staff is friendly and helpful and the restaurant has wonderful menu, delicious food. If I stay in London again, I likely to stay at the Blu Edwardian.
Cons: Our stay was just for the night, and there was a great deal of jet lag involved. The hotel has less available restaurants at latter hours unlike other airport hotels in other major cities.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved how clean it was and friendly the staff where and the spa facilities and how comfortable my bed was.
Cons: I didnt like the fact that when I arrived I was not informed of the time when breakfast started and finished, also the staff members at breakfast did not communicate well and brought me cold poached egg upon request. I wasnt I told about the spa facilities or shown where it was and I didnt like the fact that I was placed in a double room when I paid for a superior room and was expected to still pay the amount I reserved for and I was not informed about the parking charges on arrival
6.0 Good
Cons: Noise in lobby from event in hotel was too loud. Made hearing staff at check in difficult.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was perfect and breakfast was outstanding!
Cons: Indian restaurant wasn’t amazing as there wasn’t a large range of vegan food.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was lovely with mix of hot food from the menu and continental buffet. Staff were very friendly and very accommodating. The room was lovely but situated on the far end of the car park so I felt like I wasn't really in the hotel but an off-site room.
Cons: No swimming pool. The walk to the hotel room required me to access it through the car park which made me feel like the room wasn't a part of the hotel although clearly it was.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Pleasant staff, bathrobes, tea and decent coffee machine in room, bottled water and glasses.
Cons: Narrow corridors and stairs
5.1 Okay
Pros: Hotel tired in need of refurb. Rooms neglected (white paintwork touched up with cream paint). Breakfast awful, no juice glasses, orange juice warm , toast stale and full english only half english as it was missing mushrooms and tomato. After waiting a half hour for this and at a price of £21 per head I expected a lot more.
Cons: As previously stated not as it used to be, standards dropped
7.1 Good
Pros: Location, included parking and breakfast were excellent. But the premium prices for the room overlooking the Thames that needed a full update was not ideal. Big gaps under the doors, in room phone not working, bathroom tired decor and fan not working. The 2:40am fire alarm was a bit of a shocker too, luckily a false alarm but no proactive comms or apology from the hotel. I stayed before at half the room rate and was happier, but when you pay a lot more and don’t get anything more than a flooded river view it was quite expensive and ordinary.
Cons: Decor tired high prices 2:40am fire alarm wake up no apology from hotel.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The evening meal was excellent!!
Cons: Breakfast a bit disappointing. Plates should have been hot. Bacon overcooked. Not told where the cereal buffet was.
7.0 Good
Pros: Riverside Restaurant was very good but popular, which made it quite stuffy. The windows had secondary glazing because of the noise of the weir and the age of the building meant AC would be a challenge to install.
Cons: The age of and changes to the building have a made coping with mobility around the hotel difficult. The service can be slow but this was not necessarily an issue for us. Breakfast on our final day was a let down and the restaurant was not busy. The cooked breakfast was not cooked to order and service was poor.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Breakfast order was wrong twice in two days Staff generally had minimal training although Concierge was excellent Overall disappointed as it had a great reputation for yesrs
Cons: As aboce

Pros: The grounds were beautiful and the spa was lovely.
Cons: Coffee was very weak at breakfast
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The spa was my favourite thing from our stay and it had everything we needed
Cons: Not sure I liked the bath being in the same room as the bedroom but this is a minor thing
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The building was amazing with lots of old original features. It felt very grand and impressive. The spa facilities were good and I had a great massage with Carrie. We had a superior room which was more like a suite. Spacious and comfortable.
Cons: The bath tap dropped all night. There was no full length mirror anywhere in the room (not even hidden in the cupboard) which I found unusual and surprising for a hotel of this standard. There was no milk with the tea making facilities.
6.3 Good
Pros: +£270 for a room for one night which was really average! two single beds pushed together which was really uncomfortable. Whole place needs some renovation
Cons: Staff were very good Grounds are beautiful
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The Spa facilities were very good, and I will highly recommend the dinner at the restaurant.
Cons: The breakfast, really poor.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The location, the Staff, the Cleanliness the Spa and the dated History
Cons: We can’t will all. The dated History means some parts creak. And just a little more effort from the owners, who have done well as it is, will make the lovely hotel even better.

Pros: We stayed here to attend a wedding in Beaconsfield. Very good location just 3-4 minutes off the M40. Very comfortable bed with a good shower. Had one dinner which was overall good.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Bed was very comfy, lovely hotel, friendly staff.
Cons: Room was a little small, smart TV (spotify, Netflix) wouldn't work, TV and channels were fine.
1.0 Poor
Pros: That the manager will call me or email meleisure

5.4 Okay
Pros: Nice looking room. Staff really friendly. Otherwise really disapointed.
Cons: Rose petals on bed were nice, all the black hair holding them together not so much. Hair everywhere and not ours. Woken up all night with people trying to get in and out, loud shoes upstairs and seemed to be pacing all eve and someone tried to put their key in our door at 4,4:30 and 5. Absolute joke. Very disappointed
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the bathroom mirror
Cons: Door for bathroom needed
6.7 Good
Pros: Bed was comfortable, decoration was exquisite and staff were very accommodating.
Cons: Coffee was served lukewarm on every occasions that I asked for coffee. Rooms are not sound proof; the bin men came to collect waste at 8am waking me and my partner up and we could also hear next doors bath running/ people talking as they walked down the street. The continental buffet breakfast was very average with limited choices. Considering this was a 5 star hotel we expected more.
4.0 Okay
Cons: Overpriced. Hotel needs updating - very tired and worn in some places. Staff not very pleasant.
6.0 Good
Pros: breakfast was good and location was good.
Cons: very overpriced and didn't like the way we were asked about buying extras, like wine in the room for expensive prices. Also didn't like the signs in the room saying we would be charged if we had bought in our own alcohol etc. Also didn't like the fact they took money from my boyfriends card (£100 I think) and didn't return it for a week, after lots of phonecalls, felt this was unnecessary. also didn't like when we bought a cocktail, 2 for £28 were told that will be £34. We were stood at the bar and watched the bar man pour it out which was the £6 service. Luckily he told us we didn't have to pay it. Also was told not to go in the pool as only 6 degrees but still paid maximum peak price .
5.4 Okay
Pros: Hotel was quirky
Cons: The room was tiny and dark and dingy
5.0 Okay
Pros: It was over priced for what it was, there were cobwebs in the bedroom and we were sliding around the whole room when walking because floor was uneven and the flooring was Lester type material
Cons: Not value for money
