Location was great because it was close to Siam Park. Breakfast was average.
Where do I begin? It’s hard to find the entrance and upon entering, the staff weren’t very friendly and the common areas were outdated. Once we checked into our room, it smelt like fish and glue. It was horrid. There were electrics hanging out and it was unclean. We also didn’t realise there was going to be night time entertainment and that many guests would party till late. Luckily we were only staying for one night or we would have checked out. Not sure how this place has so many positive reviews…

The amazing staff make this hotel what it is. Nothing is too much for any of them. On top of this, it is spotlessly clean, the food and drinks are fantastic and it's in a perfect location. You couldn't ask for better.

The room was spacious, the shower was AMAZING! We had a terrace and getting to lie out in our own bit on the sun loungers was perfect

Very relaxing hotel - nice pool area. Rooms are fab, location good. Breakfast choices were excellent.
