We enjoyed staying at the Grand Hotel Palace, the staff was excellent, very helpful.Amazing front entrance with beautiful garden,it was so good and relaxing having a drink after returning from the city. Good public transport or very organized Taxi to get to the city for a evening walk.
There was some different looking buildings or apartment blocks in the neighbourhood but soon you walk into the Grand Hotel Palace it feels you are in another Suburb.

I don't believe that it's a 5-star hotel. There was no star signs or logos inside the hotel. Please check the hotel's documents again. Let me summarize the thing I didn't like; the hotel is too noisy and you can hear the next doors movements, the bath sink was leaking, internet was not working properly, the breakfast is the worst in greece maybe. It must be 3 or 4 star otel but definetely not 5 star!

Before booking, I had two options: a standard reservation or one that included spa access and parking. Since we were just passing through, I naturally chose the one with parking — even though it was €10 more expensive. Upon arrival, the parking attendant informed me that the underground parking costs €10. I explained that I had already selected the parking option, but he clarified that my booking only included the outdoor lot across the street. This left me wondering — if I had chosen the standard option with no parking included, would I still have had access to that same outdoor lot for free? It all felt a bit like a tourist trap. Since I had already discussed the issue with the attendant, I didn’t bring it up again at reception. We arrived just as the hotel restaurant was closing, and being tired, I ordered food online. I always respect hotel safety policies and understand that delivery people often wait at reception or even bring the order to the room. I’m not debating the rules, but in this case, I was called in my room, asked to come to reception, and then told to walk outside all the way to the entrance gate. It didn’t bother me too much, but I felt it was worth mentioning. The score I’m giving is only due to the parking situation. Other than that, the hotel was clean, the breakfast was excellent, and its location just off the highway was a big plus for us while in transit.
