- This competition is run by KAYAK Europe GmbH (“KAYAK”).
- Participants must be residents of Great Britain and at least 18 years of age. Participants must not be affiliated to KAYAK or its local PR agencies nor anyone remunerated by KAYAK for activities on social or other media.
- To participate, you must (1) Like Newcastle United’s Facebook Page (https://www.facebook.com/newcastleunited) and KAYAK’s Facebook page (Facebook) https://www.facebook.com/kayak.unitedkingdom/ , (2) Comment with the name of a friend or family member with whom you would like to get to know the world.
- Only one entry per person is permitted. Participants may not use any automated or manual tools such as bots or click-farms to make entries or generate likes for their entries.
- Participation is free of charge. No purchase or payment is necessary to participate in this competition.
- The competition will start on Friday 10th December at 09:00 GMT and will end on Wednesday 15th December at 12:00 noon GMT and all entries must be received by then to be eligible. The winning entry will be drawn at random.There will be two (2) winning entries. The two winners will each win one prize consisting of two (2) tickets each to the Newcastle United vs Manchester City game on the 19th of December 2021. Only one prize will be awarded per participant. All prizes are not transferable or exchangeable. No cash alternative is available for any prize. Prizes are supplied “as is” and “as available” with no express guarantee as to their suitability.
- The winners will be contacted and informed by KAYAK.The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize within forty-eight (48) hours of notification, otherwise, KAYAK reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries at its sole discretion and the exercise of this right shall be final and will not be explained. Winners will be contacted via KAYAK’s social media with a request to send their e-mail details by mail to KAYAK, in order for KAYAK to facilitate the transfer of the prize. Prizes shall be collected from Collection Point A at the Stadium Box Office on game day the 19th December 2021.
- The winners shall need, either an NHS Covid pass, or a negative lateral flow test in order to be allowed to enter the stadium. The winners shall inform themselves and comply with all applicable UK Government and venue Covid-19 regulations regarding their access to the stadium on December 19th 2021.
- By entering this competition, you give KAYAK , its respective parent and affiliated companies and its representatives, the right and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, disseminate, publish, distribute, represent publicly, edit and modify the entries submitted in this competition around the world and in perpetuity, with no remuneration whatsoever and, where appropriate, for all purposes related to KAYAK activities, including but not limited to dissemination through various media, namely the Facebook page of KAYAK .
