Very good located. Friendly Staff. Perfect spot flr enjoining a long weekend at Ballermann. We will definitely come back next year

ADULTS ONLY??!-why ? The adults are actually 10x worst than kids!! We wake up at 3am/4am with people who arrived from parties shouting, playing loudly music at those times of the night !! The walls were thin! We could hear everything from the rooms from each sides! - people had no respect: talking soo loudly around the hotel, playing music in the room and TVs. We stayed 3 nights and had no cleaning at all. (Apart from taking the rubbish from one of the bin ) and the beds weren't comfortable :/ From the street/roads- we also heard everything ( people shouting through the nights, cars, music)- no sound proof- we couldn't rest at all. :/
