Pros (+) Breakfast was good, excellent location, very nice property. Decent little gym.
Cons (-) Beds were okay, a bit stiff for me. Very strict about people entering the hotel outside the lobby (never encountered this but maybe normal for Brazil).

Pros (+) Good city hotel, ample storage for clothes, and luggage space. Room size is good. Clean and modern bathrooms. Pool was warm.
Cons (-) Pool is quite small, mainly for lounging only, but lots of children. No food available by the pool or poolside restaurant on the days we stayed, likely due to public holidays.
