The location close to santanyi beach
We were baited and switched when we arrived and were placed in a room

Location and view from the room
Paper thin walls and we were kept awake on 2 occasions from intoxicated guests in other rooms which mgt didn’t act on to stop

Location was what drew me in
But the hotel was not clean inside the room there was a consistent smell of raw sewage & the water also stink very bad, they put me in a room right below the dinning area which you can hear the chairs moving and people walking and talking when it was time to eat.

Staff were great and the location was great too.
The water feeding into the room was salt water, so we could not have showers and brush teeth
