The room was clean and contactless check in is super useful when you arrive late and don’t have the opportunity to check in through reception.
The air conditioning has never been cleaned and the whole room smells like mold. Breathing in mold spores is extremely bad for health and toxic as well. It’s unsanitary, for over a 100 euros a night, having such a state of a hotel room is beyond unacceptable.

no hair dryer no electric outlets in bath (impossible to shave beard) mold in bath noisy location (intensive traffic nearby)
