Pros (+) The mattress was really comfortable. The air conditioner worked really well and kept the room cool in the perfect temperature

Pros (+) Great location. Just a 10-15 minute walk into the centre of town. Room was comfy and air conditioning was great. Free breakfast is a bonus.

As the hotel is old, some of the facilities in some rooms were not functioning well. But the staffs of the hotel were helpful and tried every possible way to solve the problems and made our stay in Florence better

Cons (-) Too expensive for the level of quality offered. The place is dirty and neglected. Mould on the bathroom walls is considered absolutely normal by the owner and was not removed even after complaining about it.
