Pros (+) Location was great. We were upgraded to a spacious room. Front desk was helpful with reservations.
Cons (-) No drawer space. Turndown mediocre. Breakfast was expensive for what was offered.

Pros (+) The location is incredible—a small, fortified medieval village that has been carefully maintained. Tiny shops, gelaterias, restaurants and art galleries spot the village. You can walk the remparts and there’s a view that is outstanding, looking one way to the mountains and the other to the Mediterranean Sea.
Cons (-) No complaints here; we had a wonderful stay.

Pros (+) Beautiful central convenient characterful location. Upgraded to stunning suite
Cons (-) Despite 5 stars, housekeeping below par at times..missing towels & milk in rooms + no toilet paper and towels in public washrooms. Taxi service felt like a scam…exhorbitant airport transfer booked by hotel was the only one allowed thru barrier into walled village..over twice the price of others.
