Pros (+) Hair in sink prior to getting room, beds, never made towels thrown on the counter and never placed coffee pot used pod in dispenser coffee assortment never replaced, toilet never cleaned I have medical issues and informed but never cleaned toilet

Pros (+) Location is excellent, free parking.
Cons (-) Super outdated, nothing like the pictures you see on booking. Main problem is that it’s extremely loud. You can hear your neighbors, people in the hallway, the ac unit is super loud so is the fan in the bathroom and the ice machine that is in the hallway, so sleep can get tough.

Pros (+) The location is excellent; very close to Universal property and transportation! The staff is awesome and extremely courteous and helpful! Room was very clean and maintained.
