Staff was amazing. Reception, Concierge, Bar and other Waitstaff were truly exceptional. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was as good as it could be. The room was great. Clean, plenty of space, great bathroom and a nice view of the pool.

Great staff! Convenient airport shuttle. Excellent food. Very comfortable room & bed & bathroom with all of the amenities! Beautifully landscaped grounds, pools & walking path.
New hotel, clean, friendly staff, good bar and live music.
No air conditioning in the bedroom as advertised. I booked a room with AC, but there was none, and no fan or assistance was provided. I had to open the window to cool down the 24°C room and woke up covered in insect bites
The best thing about my stay was being able to walk straight out of the room into the gardens which is great with a dog. Lovely, spacious, traditional public areas. Beautiful gardens. Easy parking.
Room was a little tired and dated, but large and comfortable. Common areas also a little dated.
Close to the airport with a free transfer. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Bar area serving food until 1 am of which is useful when arriving on a late flight.
Nothing to dislike. As this was the end of the season then not all facilities were available i.e. pool. But having a walk around the grounds in the morning I would say this would be very nice during the season.

Staff was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Facilities were extremely well maintained. Room was in excellent condition.
Would have preferred if it were closer to the city center.

Please beer in mind that review is an easy thing to do: to me the place is great and the staff is doing an amazing job. If I were to propose an enhancement: the fixed schedule for the pool (no kids at certain hours) should be reviewed. We stayed at the Hyatt Hotel in Thessaloniki and overall had a good experience. The location is very convenient — just a short distance from the airport — and the outdoor pool area was lovely and relaxing. Our room was also very spacious, which we appreciated. It was also great to see how dog- and kid-friendly the hotel was.
There were a few things that could be improved. Upon check-in, we weren’t given any introduction about the hotel facilities or what was available, which would have been helpful.
