We had a pleasant stay at S31 Hotel for 2 days. This is the 3rd time I am staying at this hotel considering the location of the hotel and the ease with which we can move around the city. The hotel staff are extremely courteous & helpful. Breakfast spread is good.

Near the shopping mall we needed to be at (just across the road), so it was convenient, although still had to walk pretty far. The room was clean, but need to take an external additional lift to my floor which is a bit slow and inconvenient, but I guess it was fine. Overall it was a good stay for value and the premises was also quite nice.

Location, is a bit of a walk from the skytrain. Breakfast was exceptional with lots of food choices, but the amenities in the room needs an upgrade, TV is outdated, cant watch anything.

Pros (+) The room was very nice and well spec'd. Considering the price, it was excellent value. Food and drinks were of a high standard. Roof bar was cool and had the best live music we'd heard the entire trip. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Location is perfect.
Cons (-) Some parts of the hotel could do with a little refresh but for the price, it was excellent value.

Pros (+) Clean, upscale, even luxury… I mean, this place was tight in every aspect. I loved staying there. The location was excellent. The doormen & women were excellent. The coffee shop right with desserts, excellent. From hallway, elevator, breakfast buffet to the room and view, all excellent. I hope to repeat exactly that stay again. I loved it!
Cons (-) The price was higher than other hotels that I looked at, but the value made up for it it guess. That I’m booked already for next year should say a lot though.

Pros (+) Good breakfast with some vegetarian/vegan options. Clean and spacious room, complimentary water (restocked every day). Staff was very friendly and attended to our every needs.
Cons (-) Bathroom design super weird - sink was in the bedroom with poor lightning, toilet and shower were in an extra room. Hotel is located a bit far off the city center, but with an abundance of options for shopping and eating out. There were cockroaches at the pool area, but I guess that's not unusual in Bangkok.
