Pros (+) Great location, right off the "Ramblas." Easy walking distance to restaurant's & entertainment venues
Cons (-) The restaurant in the hotel was under renovation. The air quality was poor do to all the dust in the air.

Pros (+) The location is good and the bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Cons (-) The air con doesn’t work very well. The first room we were put in, the room was hot and the air con wouldn’t cool it down. Manintenance arrived and couldn’t fix it. They quickly gave us another room but it wasn’t as nice as the previous room. With the construction works in the city, the hotel is difficult to get to.

Pros (+) Check in and check out was really easy. The security guard was very friendly and kind. The shower and toiletires were glorious and having free water and juice was a lovely treat. The batteries went on the tv remote control and not only did they understand my below average catalan but they replaced them immediately.
Cons (-) I would've loved a window.

Pros (+) Great position. Comfortable beds. Delicious breakfast, in beautiful breakfast room. Lovely, attentive, helpful staff. Very clean, spotless room, cleaned everyday. We loved the rooftop bar, we used the pool, small (for swimming lengths) quite cold in November but perfect for aching joints after sightseeing and blowing the hangover cobwebs away. We had some sun and lying around up there on the loung...
Cons (-) Renovation work but not accurate to say ‘didn’t like’. It’s not the ideal but the work is discreet, there were discounts at the rooftop bar, free glass of cava up there and have been offered more discount if we go again. If the renos are anything like the rest of it, it will be worth it.

Pros (+) The location is amazing so central.
Cons (-) I know they are going through a reno so understand looking a bit run down especially pool area. We had a free drink which was nice but needs some love.
