Pros (+) Absolutely gorgeous property. The lobby was stunning with a fountain in the center and tall ceilings, all beautifully decorated for Christmas. The staff was very friendly and helpful at the front desk. On the day we checked out, they had a hot chocolate bar in the lobby with many toppings and that was a really nice touch and made my daughter very happy.

Cons (-) I was under the impression that the room that I booked had a balcony, and when I arrived at the property, that was not the case. This is the second time that this has happened with Booking.com, and I'm not sure why they make the booking process so needlessly tedious when it comes to the picking the room portion at the end of the booking process (i.e., King with a Lake View, 2 Queen Bed Balcony Poo...

Cons (-) The wifi connection was poor, the shuttle service to disney parks only takes you to 2 parks at certain times and it need reservation 24 hrs prior, room service was not tasty and not worth the price.
