Great price and good view from the 17th floor
Great view of the World Trade Center. Restaurant food was good.
Breakfast options were limited and exactly the same everyday
The convenient location next to 911 Memorial Museum and great view from rootop.
Old and outdated, worn out pillows, sheets, and ammenitis.
I liked the value of this hotel, as finding a decent hotel at an affordable rate is difficult in Manhattan. The room was small but efficiently laid out. On the 20th floor in the restaurant, one can get a great view of the 9/11 Memorial from atop.
Breakfast is not included in stay, so beware as the breakfast buffet and a cup of tea came out to $24. Since New York is full of great restaurants and places to grab brunch, I always prefer to grab a tasty bite elsewhere.
that we had to leave
Style and cleanliness of hotel good. Room is small, but not unreasonably so.
Construction around the site made access less trhan ideal.
Overall, our stay was short but sweet- the view from the restaurant is amazing, which can only be beat by the sun terrace! Absolutely breathtaking
The location, the amenities, the staff, and the rate ... everything about this hotel was spectacular. I suggest everyone at least take a look at the restaurant that overlooks the 9/11 memorial and the rooftop deck. The staff at 10pm and at 10am were bubbly and personable but most importantly, they were extremely helpful. I can't say enough nice things about this property.
The only negative that I could possibly mention is the water pressure wasn't as strong as I like. Other than that, everything was wonderful.
