Cons (-) 1) The curtains could not be drawn completely closed to blockout the sunlight early in the morning. 2) One pair of elevators was out of commission so every elevator ride was dreadfully packed with guests 3) The ironing board was a nightmare to setup. It was probably broken

Pros (+) Able to take us at the last minute when another reservation fell through. Great location, stunning views from restaurant.
Cons (-) A small thing, but the inside of the toilet bowl looked like it was poorly patched, and the overall result made it look as if someone had thrown up in it. It was a little off-putting every time we raised the lid.

Pros (+) It was quiet, clean, and close to a couple of train stations. The wi-fi was necessary and worked very well.
Cons (-) My room had no view or seating area (so I suspect that I did not get the room I reserved) Cell phone reception was very terrible. It was raining but they did not have a spare umbrella to offer me.
